    but thats what i'm saying, its like nissan has lost its spirited performance car line-up or 'soul' as someone else said for the fast car driver, there's nothing in the nissan range anymore its true the base of my car is an econobox, but then there used to always be a sports model, for people that wanted it, now what do we have? the 350z and non turbo skylines :uhh:

    i agree, its good that nissan is doing well, but they're just not what they used to be but most of the people on this site aren't looking for family econo-boxes

    does anyone know what the r32 gtr's actually make at the flywheel? when ppl ask me i always say umm.. about 230kw (guess) so yeh would like to know cos i always thought the 206kw, for all the sports cars in japan was bs

    diff and gearbox barely ever need oil changed, probably like every 100 000kms

    put a stand, under the corner of the car which the wheel is off, and then start kicking, i guarantee it has rusted to the hub

    well i was told that the paint was 'faded' on the bonnet and mirrors, and to my disappointment the clear was peeling off on almost all the panels which= respray but other than that the engine started first go and i've driven it on the road a few times, and seems to run well and is quick (as you would hope), but didn't give it too much thanks to the the whole not registered thing

    my car should be on the road soon ass well, i want to get a compression test done, does anyone know what the 32 gtr is supposed to read also what is a leakdown?

    na i'm a panel beater so i just got one of the painters to do it, thats why its cheap, but its similar to the stock red, so the engine bay still fits in, its just got heaps of blue pearl in it, i did inside the doors and boot, couldn't be stuffed to take the engine out just for paint

    it's taken me like 2 months to get this thing ready and finally it some paint on it, the dude that owned it before me in japan, decided to give it the shittest paint job ever, so i thought i would fix it it up before i got it registered and its come up pretty good (and cheap) in the end

    do you realise that you will have paid off your car in insurance in 4 years? i seriously couldn't bring myself to pay that much, i'd rather be careful about where i park it and not drive like a tool. what insurance company is it?

    i looked at the tyre placard on my car and it said 205 16 on the front and 225 16 on the back, this placard didn't have any nissan symbol on it or anything but why would the owner put it there?
