  1. Why not? I'll need some competition for the Mirage!
  2. Everyone is welcome. You coming to the dyno day at EFI tomorrow?
  3. The Mirage makes 74.2hp at the wheels. You know you are lacking hp when you have to include the decimal amount. But meh, it owns a commonwhore at the lights. It's going to be a bit of a shock to the system when I gotta try to keep 1000hp on the road with the RB25
  4. Correct me if I'm wrong, as you may be talking about another set of AFM's or PFC but the AFM's on the white GTR are actual Z32 AFM's. It has an Apexi (I think) power intake to suit Z32's and I actually bought them myself from CRD. The PFC also has no hand controller. Were you referring to the GTR stuff?
  5. ROFL. Yes, not saying it isn't ceramic but no one has actually proven it to be that. Keep in mind that you are talking about dust, not chunks, and when a turbine wheel comes off, what happens to the comp wheel? It starts machining the housing away at the front. This creates dust also. What happens to alloy dust when you burn it? It looks like what you'd imagine ceramic to look like. Theories of engines sucking blades back into themselves is a bit far fetched. Can happen, I'm sure, but you guys all make out like it's going to happen to every single GTR turbo that ever existed.
  6. lol, then why do yo need to highflow the injectors? Oblivion makes 351 hp at the wheels on stockos. Plenty left in them too.
  7. Not to doubt anything you are saying but can you PM me links to at least one of those threads. I would like to do some reading on the topic and find where they have had the 'dust' tested and confirmed it is actually ceramic
  8. well if you're gonna run semen through your injectors, what do you expect?
  9. I would assume by his post that he does not have a boost controller. He won't be able to back boost off
  10. Boost is controlled by the wastegate actuators. If you have aftermarket 1bar actuators then 16psi is certainly possible.
  11. No it is not worth it. When you highflow an injector, most of the time the spray pattern goes to shit and it can mean death for your engine....especially when you start pushing the hp. It's an extremely stupid idea and the cost of new injectors is not that bad. What's the cost of a new engine? And I don't think RB20 injectors are able to be highflowed anyway.
  12. Thanks for clearing up the endurance thing. My post still stands though. Tyres are built for purpose so it's still important to know how they will perform in different events. I have no idea what you are talking about in the first part. I've got nothing to do with previous posts from other people. Keeping in mind, also, that it's in the past and I was sure I clarified everything for everyone so there shouldn't be any need for anyone to bring it up again. Or at least not to me.
  13. You are talking about endurance racing. If the Z1's outperform in an endurance race then they will probably do well in short track events but probably not the best. What you need to ask yourself is what is the car being used for? The Dunlops, and Bridgestones are stickier tyres than the federals and kumhos for sure but put them into a long term race environment and they will fall short. Each tyre is built for a purpose, buy your tyres for what you intend to use the car for
  14. I'll roll the door open for you any day Rohan. Plus if you need 'sactuary' and give me enough 'notice' I can have a gate and door open, then closed again, very quickly. Wink wink, nudge nudge...how's ya father? ey?
  15. Or could I be thinking of Cameron with the green S14 or S15?
  16. The new Federal stickers with a Metallic Charcoal surrounded by reflective outline. You haven't seen the new stickers? Scotty told me he gave them to you and you loved them? I'll try to dig up a photo of the GTR with them on if I have one
  17. Many people have searched for the ultimate coffee. Few have tasted it. ERD COFFEE
  18. ?????
  19. muthaf*kn ERD coffee rocks the muthaf*kn house muthaf*kas!! Drink responsibly.
  20. De-pressurise? You pull the hose off the filter and make sure it's pointing down Or, you can pull the fuel pump relay, or you can disconnect the plug for the fuel pump at the tank and crank it over.....either way, fuel if going to get on your floor so you might as well save yourself some work. Just unscrew the fuel cap before you do otherwise the tank pressure will cause the fuel to just keep flowing out the hose.
