  1. some kid did this to my wifes car with a bike left a nice scratch down the side of the car was parked right outside the house too hope the damage isnt too bad and doesnt cost a fortune to fix

  9. you will probably get more back by parting it but it is a lot of hassle restoring it all back to stock in terms of time and so on so forth
  10. only 2 models of the series 2 other than the autech are eligible for import and they are the rear wheel drive turbo models and the all wheel drive turbo models and they seem to range hugely in price at auction depending on condition and mods. but compared to anything else they are still a bargain

  13. good point about the holidays in jan feb sounds good plus i might be starting a new job around end of jan so feb may be better for me
  14. problem with bir rims on a stag is offset and also width you need equal width all round no matter what size it is so no staggered offsets or widths also without pumping the guards the widest size you will be able to fit if you manage to get the offset right will be about 9 inches and even then depending on your suspension set up they still may rub. if you are doing a kit it may have to be custom as there is not a lot still in production for the stagea
  15. they are not too hard but you need the cover piece like one of the other members on here has to cover the big holes it leaves in the roof

  17. depends on the officer inspecting your car and your attitude mine was passed with 18 inch rims on it and he told me that as it was a personal car and not a dealers car he would pass it but technically its a fail as its not stock on the transport website there is a list of all the places that do it that are private contractors they would probably be easier to go through

  19. i agree with the above 2 posts the roads out neat toodyay are really good and yes lets avoid the roadworks i prefer my car to be silver not mud red
  20. i went over in oconnor it only took 1 hour of waiting and the actual inspection took 10 mins total make sure you have the ORIGINAL copy of your invoice from the supplier in japan they were really anal about it no copies or printouts

    ok got approx 383 km out of 54l of fuel I wasnt attempting to drive smoother either was about 60% freeway with 30% stop start peak hour driving and 10% spirited
