Yep sure would be. I dare say that it may even work out cheaper if I bought when the market was low however I am a sentimental old fart. My car has been around since Tyler was a baby, saved my ass on a few occasions and tried to kill me at least once (HICAS is totally homogay). It's just sorta become part of the family and I'd feel like I was sending her to the pound because she has car aids. Plus It's a good opportunity for Tyler to learn about cars, SAU's shortest engineer has to start somewhere...maybe even one day after I start feeling the pangs of old age I'll give the Ark to Tyler and go buy a 350Z or a 35 GTR. Plus if I can get parts cheap/on sale/off the forums it may even work out cheaper. 190,000. It's just about at the point where I have to pull the engine apart anyway.

I was just about to write a list of everything Project Ark needs and it's already pretty long without even thinking about the conversion. All the bushes need doing. They'd all be cremated by now. Tie rod ends Rear bar 99% sure needs replacing, at the very least will need respraying and touching up. Front bar can be salvaged but will need respraying Boot lid probably not salvageable Bonnet will need respraying. 1/4 panel needs pushing out Radiator is corroded as fark. Struts Rims & tyres And an entire new engine will cut it I think

It might as well be I just need the robe. As Tony said it lumbers about and is almost as heavy as an Ark. This lumbering will be fixed when we finally get around to installing that GTR suspension you sold me.

No. No you are not. Don't get me started on the popcorn car I have a couple of those. We all have those days Ants. I'll buy you a beer at the next meet if you can get me trade price. I want Project Ark to be as painless as possible. Not everything. I have suspension, a radiator and a complete chassis. They're actually really lovely to drive. If I ever had the desire to get a 'family friendly' car or a new car I would get one. Of course they're NA so you have your moments where you would like more power but compared to my NA 34 it's got endless power coupled with a nice modern lux spec plushy interior. It's not. If I got any closer to the heater I'd be sitting on top of it. But Victorian= cold blooded creature

I have a tossing and turning 4 year whos snores sound like a BoV who keeps finding its way back into my bed. Had a crazy dream last night that my car was turbo-ed and had an awesome sounding BoV, roll over to find that Tyker had found his way into my bed again, for the 2nd time that night.
