  1. Not sure how well the stock rb25det computer would go for anything over stock. Are you looking to run anything performance savvy or is it just the stock rb25det turbo? Im sure someone more knowledgable would be able to shed some light onto the computer issue. Oh and you might want a bigger turbo on the thing as well to utilise the bigger capacity. Good luck!
  2. GTR head: Solid lifters, bigger injectors, bigger ports, better cams, better intake plenum, 6 individual throttle body's for more response... ummm... thats all i can think of for now

  4. Hi all, Can anyone recommend a good panel and paint shop who do quality work? and wont take 6 weeks? Some pissed dickhead reversed into my car last night in his patrol and annhilated the boot, bumper, passanger quater panel and tail light > And dont worry it's only an R31 not a GTR or anything Thanks for the help!, Scribble
  5. vlt motors run different (lower) compression piston's. Around 7.somethingorother im led to believe crank and rods are the same as N/A's
  6. Now if it's so good why do people get rid of it? i understand the points of the rack having a bit of free play. What if this is corrected and the rack is tight as a nun? Or is there other reasons why you guys dont like it?

  8. Ive picked up 2x RB30 bottom ends for $30 now. First one was fine but was a series 1 and didnt have turbo provisions. So the second block was a series 2 and even has the machined surface. I wonder how much i can sell the set's of rod's for and see if i can re-coop my cost's Keep looking through the quokka (classifieds) as theres usually something there. More so under the VL parts section.

  17. Would the belt be "too" close together if the tensioners were below where stocky has them? granted you have the machined surface? Who runs this setup?

  19. Well if your doing a major service you may as well change oil and oil filter if havnt been done in a while, fuel filter, air filter and all fluids if your keen

  21. What aftermarket puleys have you got? brand? If its the harmonic balancer is it just a billet item or does it have an actual damener in it?
  22. How much cash does SEVS compliance cost roughly? Is it going to cost more to import a late model 32 and compile/register it than to buy one all ready here?
  23. I noticed that on the autoworx site they said they are working on being able to compile 32's. So does that mean theres a chance of bringing in an R32 sometime soon AND being able to get it registered? I was under the impression that no more 32's would ever be allowd in the country and be driven legally on the roads after the 15yo rule was bannished?
