The R34 GTR has a front lip which attaches to the Front Bumper Bar. V-Spec's (and all subsequent variants) and M-Spec's have an additional Front Diffuser which is the part you have pointed out. These are around the $1200 mark new from Nissan. They run under the front of the car and cover the sump and so on. It's not just a plastic strip.

So it seems a few people from SAU are coming along on Saturday night to Privilege Bar. The late shift will start from 11pm and go until 5am. The Australian Latin DJ's will be playing all your favourite RnB/Reggaeton tunes all night. Our very own SAU DJ MAR55S will be playing a few sets as well. Not necessarily. East Bear make a Carbon Bonnet for the GTT that's the same dimensions as the GTR and would fit a GTR if you changed the bonnet hinges, lock and lock panel

OK to clarify a few points. The Front Bar on that car is not an East Bear item. East Bear make the OEM GTR Front Bar. The bar on that car is a NISMO GTR Bar. As you will see in the images below, I have highlighted the areas of the NISMO bar which differentiate it from the OEM one. OEM GTR Bar NISMO GTR bar Now as you will see, the bar on the Black GTT is the same as the NISMO Bar. I don't know how they managed to fit it but I can only imagine that it was either copied or modified to fit. The bonnet is either an East Bear item or a Chinese/Taiwanese one however it isnt clear. The side skirts also look like factory GTR skirts with the NISMO Under Skirt add on's fitted. There is a GTR rear wing there too so I imagine that someone has spent A LOT of money buying genuine GTR and NISMO GTR parts and modifying them to fit the GTT.
