Negative comments can be taken as defamation and the recipient party can sue SAU (namely Christian) for any derogatory comments made on his forum about them. Hence why negative feedback should only be given via PM. If you have negative feedback then sure, leave a post saying "I will PM you regarding my negative experience" but do not post details in the public forum.
