there is no way ken is going to stand behind his work when you pop your std 25 after its pulling 335 rwkw and regardless of whether he should have said to build the engine in an online quote I think this one is just excessive and the wrong way to go go look in the sticky rb25 dyno threads and see what everyone is running to get their hp , most arnt going to this extreme thats not to say whats in the quote is not usefull or accurate , just theirs cheaper simpler ways of doing it

at 335rwkw you are pushing well past the limits of a stock rb25 you could stick to under and up to 300rwkw and get an internally gated turbo and save heaps of shit like manifolds , wastegates , custom dumps etc and forget an autronic , find a 2nd hand powerfc theres even a few new ones floating around for under half the price of the autronic something like this: HKS - Turbo Kit - GT-RS AU $ 2,481.56 Nismo - Fuel Pump - Skyline Nissan Skyline - ECR33 AU $ 326.89 Nismo - High Performance Injectors - 740cc AU $ 890.47 Tomei - Pon Camshafts ECR33 Series 2 (RB25DET) - Duration: IN, EX 256 Lift: IN,EX 8.5mm AU $ 684.15 Cooling-Pro Type 1 Intercooler Kit - Skyline R33 GTS-T Price: $449 X-Force Stainless Exhaust System - Skyline R33 GTS-T Price: $950 2nd hand power fc $1200 plus some more bits a pieces but you get the general idea . this sort of setup would pull about 300rwkw or very close too

you should have insurance then they would tell them to piss off for you your only hope is to get a couple of different quotes supporting your case and try and negotiate with them and if thats no good tell them to stick it and see if they go to court

i asked prestige motorsport and they said they had a raw in nsw who could comply sedans but he woudnt specifically name names theres 6 raws with 32 approval in nsw so ring each one

im thinking of building a r34 sedan drifter how good does the 34 drift ? will i just get my ass handed to me by some p plater punk in a s13 or 86 ? it seems a little on the large heavy side , am i better off with something smaller lighter and cheaper perhaps ? thanks

this has been talked about a couple of times and some late series r34s suposedly have steel comp wheels std from factory but the turbine wheels are still ceramic on all of them so even if this is the case its totally useless

in wa you do not need a engineers cert if you do not exceed a certain capacity increase , i think its 33% from memory but i will check with my friend with a mII ford capri with rb30et it still has to go over the pits for roadworthy and have numbers changed but no engineers cert your in vic nis , thats like the nth korea of australia .farting in your car is an epa offence there

just make sure they dont do burn outs or throw things at police

what state are you in ? most states have a capacity increase limit where beyond that you will need to get the car certified by an engineer

you can get them in japan already but not here , like all cool things really theres a couple of domestic robots on the market , sony have 2 models , honda have a realy expensive one avaliable for lease gear grinder : people who claim they can get a brand new r33 rb25 power fc with hand controller for 814$ delivered from japan but wont say where from..... yeah right
