Hello, I have one of those HKS duralim cam gears ready to go into my car, i have seen on the forums that most people have these set to 3 degrees retard and say that gets the best results is this a common occurance or is it different for every car? What i am basically asking is do i need to dyno tune to check it is going to improve mid-range and the like, or can i set it at 3 degrees retard and know that it will work? Adam

ive got jun rear pods that wrap around from the rear 3/4 panels i like them, make the car look fat or maybe even phat will try and get u a pic if you w\ant

sorry i am a bit confused u say its on the right hand side of the light ? do u mean in near the battery i can only see the a fuse box looking thing? if it is a bad connection why would it work when the car has been sitting for mong periods but not when u start it after driving recently? any ideas

so where are these connections in the boot near the battery?

make sure you have removed the bolt which is under the felt stuff on the inside of the boot should be 1 on each side these also hold down the wing after that its just a mateer of lifting it up hard enought just free the clips

guys my rims have pretty bad gutter rash, most have been on there since i bought the car but one was the result of a neighbours friend pretty much running me off the road while doing a burnout down my street, just wondering approximate time it would take for these guys to fix this? and approx cost. thanks

Hey guys, habve had this problem for a while now and after attempting to get it fixed once professionally figure its time to open it up and see if anyone knows whats going on. A while ago started the car and the hicas light stayed on figured it must just be low on fluid so i filled it up but to no avail. Was told by a workshop that the power steering pump had a leak and this was probably the prob. paid a decent amount of money to have the pump recondidtioned but it did not fix the problem, in fact now the light comes on every time i drive the car not just now and again? When the light is on i have no power steering either so it a real pain, any ideas? would buying a lock bar get me back my power steering? is there a seperate resevoir for hicas fluid apart from the power steering one? The car is a r33 any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks adam

hmmm... well its in the workshop at the moment so i will have to see i asked thme to see if they could find out what was wrong and if it would be better to get a second hand or reco, but im pretty sure its seized bearing caus eof the way it snapped the last belt so i might start looking

im not sure about 32's but on 33's it is on the blue plate at the back left(as u are looking at it) of the engine bay, most of the writing is in jap bout about 2/3rds of the way down there are 2 letter and a number say on mine its kh3 for the black colour my r33 is, hope that helps!

how much is it to fix an ac compressor or is it better to get a whole new one? mine is gone and dont know what to do with it and its getting near summer

sorry yeah rims are 18 x 9 all round so any one got an idea on what is the widest i could go on front and rear without affecting the handling

Hey guys its about time to replace my front tyres now i love the look of really wide tryes, ATM i have 255/35/18 on the rear, can i put 265/35/18 or even275/35/18 on the rear will they be too wide or will the 255's on the front be too wide for the fronts? and more importantly will it negatively affect the handling? Also on the front at the moment the profile is 40 will it matter if i swap my rears the profile will be 35? thanks any imput would be appreciated. Thanks
