Guys my a/c compressor is stuffed on my rb25det, need to find a new one, i tried a wreckers i albury and even with giving them all the details of my compressor they still werent sure if they had one to match. Does anyone know where i could find one and get it sent down here any good wreckers that would have one and could tell me for certain without me taking mine to them, or other places to get one? thanks in advance Adam

The Riverina Drag Racing Association just announced that they will be holding 4-6 drag days next year with the first event planned for january. The drags will be held in Narrandera on the airport runway and is aimed at street cars with different categories to provide a level playing field for all of the cars. It would be great to see some skylines turn up for these days, and even better to see them up against the commondores. More days may be planned depending on numbers for the first few. This is a great chance to give drag racing a go in the country and even if you cant compete it would be good to see a crowd along for the event. So anyone interested in taking their cars I will get dates when i can and post back just thought I would let you all know. Adam

STOLEN!!! Well since i bought my skyline a couple of months ago, i have been slowly repairing my old car, a 1976 Chrysler Lancer, a sweet little car just getting rid of little problems detailing it so i could sell it, now this thing is only worth about 2 grand, but last night it was stolen from my girlfriends flats carpark while i was asleep inside, :cuss: most probably stolen by some little pricks who wanted it for an hour to joyride with it, and i dare say it now sits somewhere either in a lot worse then it previous excellent condition or it been set on fire. The only positve things are it wasnt my skyline, which i considered taking but decided against it as it isnt the best neighborhood, and also it was parked next to my mates modified subaru forester, after i told him not to take it there. But wagga is a small town so heres hoping it will be found or more to my liking i find out who did. My mobile no. was on the car with the for sale sign so hopefully whoever stole it might **** up and ring me to brag about stealing it, Working on the kill floor of an abbatoir they wouldnt want me to find them as i always like to keep my skills up!! :headshot: Anyway thats my rant just had to get it off my chest, now im going to fit my new front bar which i bought recently to cheer me up!! and dream about a PFC.. Was wondering how much a full tein setup would cost, me including shocks, adjustable springs and other stuff like camber kit and stuff. Also would this be a good setup on my R33, the car needs to be lowered for looks and also want a big improvement in handling. Is there any other setup i should consider??

Yep full comp for me!! At 19 and going from a 1600cc 1976 Chrysler Lancer to my GTSt, i figure there is a chance (although i am sensible and IMO a good driver) that i will have an accident. Good thing is though having always had insurance in my name (3rd Party) from when i first bought my car when i was 16 i had 30% NCB, combine that with living in the country the cost for me is a relatively low $2600 Plus too many old country blokes in hats driving expensive volvo's likely to get in my way!!

Okay guys sorry this is probably an extremely simple thing to do but seeing i have never been shown i thought i should as. Okay for my radiator to work right i need to keep the levels in it up right? SO do i do this just with water or do i add water and coolant? When i am refilling do i refill it in the radiator or in the white tank in the engine bay? What goes where? I have to use distilled water right? Sorry for the noob question Adam

Yeah just took mine for a spin and it does the same starts catching at about 3/3.5 and keeps stuterering as im accelerating, maybne the screws in the back of the tacho may have something to do with it but im not sure anyone got any other ideas??

Anyone know where i can get the clear plastic that goes in front of the speedo and tacho. As i was installing my new dials i snapped it straight down the centre, its for and Series 1 R33?

Shit while doing it i snapped the clear plastic infront of the speedo and tacho and that, anyone know where i can get another one quick!! Also how do i get to the boost guage? do i have to unsrew the tacho from the back?

also when you say run red wire to red/blue wire on cig lighter what exactly do you mean by run them, like crimp them together or what do it do? as i said havent done any electrical stuff before so im learning.

okay guys ive never really done much work on the line by myself so i was wondering if there is anything else i need to put these in, or can i just take out the dash and install put them in, how simple is it? or should i pay someone to do it for me?
