what's your head got to do with your brakes? or are you talking about drilling holes in your firewall? or are you talking about manifold pressure lines? which i thought you should only need 1, which you just tap mulitple lines from.. i am confused :chairshot

is it metho or turps? i have a fuel tank in an old 73 skyline which i swear is half full of oil! i will need to somehow wash is out someday soon before using it in a car again

just glancing through the latest repco catalogue and this month they are pushing a injector collar that they reckon enhances fuel atomisation reducing the amount of wasted fuel getting pushed through the exhaust. any one got any ideas wether it would be as effective as they say? the going price at repco is $289 ex fitting (which i assume is easy enough to do) http://www.vaporate.com/main.php?page=how_it_works is there any point to this?

is this with hand controller or boost controller?

Hi Guys, I have an RB20DET Nics engine + 5 speed Box which was originally out of a GTS-X Comes with: Engine, Loom, Computer, Intercooler, turbo, intake piping, clutch, 5 Speed Gearbox, also comes with most of the body wiring even the ABS computer!! basically it has just about everything you should need to throw it in a car! I was going to stick it into my project car, but i have decided to tread a different path now, but since buying it i have also : * replaced spark plugs with NGK Iridiams (over $110) * replaced water pump with one from an RB25DE (the previous owner ran an electric water pump) * Sandblasted and powder coated the cam covers in red, painted the center cover in black (over $100) Looking for $800 firm for a quick sale (it owes me over $1100), pickup in sydney only (and sorry, i won't seperate) will post some pictures tomorrow

do you have the gearbox mount (not the crossmember), just the mount?

i am not too sure on that, i thought that as well, but i have seen a few 97's with out them, i have also heard that they were optional, but i can't say that i know that for a fact. it is definantly a series 3! (xenons, red lining in the interior, deeper front dam etc..)

Hi Guys, I am trying to get all the bits and pieces together for an rb30det build. The car it is going into is an older skyline, so i am basically starting from nothing. I bought an Rb25de engine (i THINK it is R33, as it looks to have the VCT hole in the head), which came with a cut up wiring loom and is probably missing a few sensors, and i bought an RB30E from an R31 skyline I have also bought an RB25DET wiring loom, which i want to fit to the engine so that i can buy a cheap power-fc for tuning my BIG question is, what sensors would i need to aquire to make the 25T loom work with the RB25DE? thanks guys, i have spent hours searching the site for tidbits of info, but the only thing i have found so far is that a 2nd knock sensor may be required?

while i am at it, any chance of getting some detailed pictures of your engine bay? i am transplanting an RB20DET redtop into a 240k, i have the engine and a pile of wiring, i think i know where most of it goes, but any detailed pics would be of great help!

i was under the impression it was the ABS computer too (i got a redtop Rb20DET from a GTS-X), i hope it is.. it is seperate to the engine wiring, and i wasn't planning on using it

i would be more than happy to host them on www.project240k.com either as a sub domain or part of the road gallery (a sub domain is probably easier.. http://pictures.project240k.com or something, suggestions ppl?).. let us know if this is cool, and i can either setup a php type gallery to upload to, ftp to the site, or send em to me to upload.. which ever is easier for you.. i want to start redesigning the road section of the site anyways, and allow someform of user gallery there for 240k owners anyways.. just got to find the time (but this could accelerate things!)
