  1. Pfffft. I ended up lining up behind the silver Supra (H8LOSN) for "REAL" race, and he absolutley dusted me I had him for 60ft but after that he just kept pulling away. Made a mockery of my stock except for zorst 34. I think he crossed in 12 flat or something with a speed of 200km/h. Anyhow Shane, just wait till next time, when I open 2 cans of whoop ass instead of one on ya!!!! Cheers Pete
  2. Had a fun night. Go to meet some of the guys for the first time. Even spotted a couple SAU'ers boys with there pants down. WHAT THE?? (Yeah, you know who I'm talking about). Oh, my best time was 14.41 with 2.24 60ft. Might be time for a tune. Running so rich. A few pics of the night. Warning, not 56K freindly.
  3. Yeah, I've benn watching too. I might start the drive over and see how bad things get. SO far it's still looking good. I should be there.....hopefully.
  4. Hmmm. "Issued at 2:03 PM Wednesday, 14 December 2005. Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce large hailstones and damaging winds in the warning area over the next several hours. Major locations within the warning area include Gold Coast, Coolangatta, Boonah, Beenleigh and Bundaberg. I might give it a miss tonight. Don't want get caught in any nasty stuff!! I'm scared!!
  5. I'll try to be at Mobil around 5:30. Might be running a little late depending on through city traffic. Look for a grey stocko looking 34 sedan. Not so shiny as it desperately needs a wash.
  6. Price drop again, some one must need stock zorst and suspension.
  7. From memory, $45. I will be heading out and will probly meet you guys at the mobile just before Willobank around 5:30ish. If I am running late, I will just head straight to Willobank. Without trying to bring a dampner on things, are you guys still heading out if it rains??
  8. Hmmmm, price drop and still no takers? <_<
  9. Hmmm, at this rate SIMS Metal will get the lot. Must move them quickly.
  10. So you finally joined the club!!!! Just remember, the golden rules, 1. There is no such thing as I. From now on it is WE. Most importantly, 2. Answer all questions/statements "Yes Dear". All jokes aside, congratulations to you both. Lisa and I wish you all the best future and hope all of your days are filled with happiness together. Pete
  11. At the risk of hi-jacking a thread, how much is it to get a transmission conversion from Auto to Manual? Is there a massive benefit in doing this?
  12. Can you send me pics of the actual unit (front and back)? Was this installed in your car, and what condition is the wiring loom in?? Send info to [email protected] Cheers
  13. Make me a reasonable offer??
  14. Hmmm, full days you say.....might have to swing a sickee I feel?? Should have some extra goodies on by then.
  15. I'm hoping to make it out. I am keen to see my time difference between my totally stocko time of 14.83 compared to the new 3" turbo back Stainless CES exhaust.
  16. So you don't have a stand for it? Can you please send me some pics of the unit upclose please to [email protected]
  17. Excellent day, and that's coming from the missus. We really had a good time meeting some of the peeps I am always talking about, and Reagan my 7 week old seemed to enjoy (sleep through the bouncy roads. Was good to be able put a few more faces and cars to names. Excellent turnout. Big thanks to Erin and the rest of the execs who made this day possible. Their hard work and professionalism made this day a worthy event. Look forward to a bigger and better cruise next year. Cheers Pete
  18. I'll be there, watch for the R34 Grey Sedan. Will be our first picnic with our 7week old son.
  19. Don't be sorry mate. I know you weren't bagging Fulcrum, and at the same time, I am not saying that Fulcrum are the best fitters in Brisbane. I just wanted to share my experiences and also to let people know that Fulcrum Stafford in most circumstances are Whiteline fitting friendly.
  20. Hi guys. Thought I would follow up on my suspension fit out at Stafford Fulcrum. Everything except for 1 thing went according to plan at Fulcrums. Apparently the left hand upper rear camber had slipped, so they couldn't dial in the setting that I was after. One of the guys said it would cost me $200 to get it sorted, however after speaking with Terry, there was no extra charge. All in all the car feels much firmer both in the steering and also the rear end. I am yet to take it for a spirited drive due to the weather. I will also monitor the tyre wear over the next few thousand kms and change the cambers accordingly. I also had a lenghty discussion with Terry regarding their Fulcrum Stafford store refusing to do whiteline installations. What he said was...and I quote, "We will never turn away business, we can't afford to do so, the market is too competitive". He did however acknowledge that there have been a few employees from other stores come over to Stafford, and they may have been the ones to give the wrong information. He has assured me that they will do "ANY and ALL" fitment work on "ANY BRANDS" as long as it is safe to do so with the supplied hardware. I hope this helps some people on the Northside. As I said before, I found Fulcrums to be quite competive on price and also very courteous in the way they carried out their work. Cheers Pete
  21. I am paying $500 for camber, castor pineapples and 4 wheel alignment. As I don't have time to do this myself I thought it was a good price. What do you guys reckon? Cheers Pete
  22. Still for sale. Any takers.
