Woo top gear night! I don't think there are any laws on camber itself. HOWEVER. when looking straight down from above the car, the entire tyre (including at the bottom) must be inside the line of the guard. So having epic offset and using camber to tuck the front level/inside the guard, but leaving the bottom outside the guard, will not be legal.
