  5. 1000hp as a daily driver CRAZY MOFO's yup im jealous!!
  6. I feel toshis remap is a great option for those who dont really wanna go full out. I had no need to go bigger turbo etc. So toshis remap for my stock turbo was well worth it. Why spend 1000 on power fc plus tune when i could spent 400 for same result. IM talking about usual mods such as stock turbo, full exhaust, pod, fmic. So for me this was the best option and the results were same as a power fc tune. I still achieved 200kw, no flat spots and damn good mid-range full!! There are a fair amount of cars with bigger turbos toshi as remapped with good results. So this could be an option for others who dont wanna spend so much. Also for those who want to upgrade later on. That is just stick with the bigger turbo, injectors etc... Each to their own and what they wanna achieve at the end of the day!!
  7. Agreed on the 50mm I picked mine up brand new for 119. Its a lens every photographer should have For low light, the 50mm is excellent!! Depends, what sort of photograph you want to shoot. Do you want to shoot indoor sports? Or do you want to shoot events (like dance performances, gigs, etc) etc etc.. It also depends on where you sit. If you are in the front row the 50mm would be perfect (just as an example).. But lets face it how often do you get front row seats. So a nice zoom lens will come in handy. Pic one that has a large aperture) Also comes down to your budget. But for low light shots, you would want the aperture to be large (small f-number, eg f1.4-2.8). Edit: How good is that tamron 17-50 with close up shots (macro)? The sigma 17-70 is sorta like a macro lens (well i guess it is).. Will focus on objects pretty close up!!
  8. Or spent 400 dollars for a remap with toshi Down side - if you upgrading something then you gotta spend another 400 for a new chip/tune. If you want more details about toshi remap, check out my thread about it.. Search my topics!!
  9. I thought the thread was about lens reviews for all sorts of cameras?
  10. List of lenses and information about it. It might help others Lens_Tables.pdf
  11. If you looking to upgrade that stock kit lens (18-55 IS) for your canon SLR or even a nikon slr, i recommend the sigma 17-70 f2.8 lens. It costs only 438 brand new (cheaper for nikon i think) The images from this lens is much sharper and the extra reach over the stock kit is worth upgrading to
  12. ^ what was the settings for the first shot. i think you could get it much sharper
  13. Xmetal great shots man Always wanted to try it out. but did you have a rig in place. If so did you make it yourself or purchase one? If you did purchase one or made one, make me a copy hahah

  15. The 5d II is not aimed for all photographers tho.. I understand the specs arent appealling, but the video mode will come in handy!! I think they need to stop the megapixel war I wonder how easy it is to use video mode with manul focus only!! ANYWAYS.. Does anyone in sydney have a speedlight i can borrow for one day?? Please?? This is for a 40d.. So perhaps a nice 580ex II hahahah Got a event coming up so i really need it!!
