  1. You claim 4bar at idle...thats way above 2...I would think its a cause for concern thats all. The NISSAN GTR manual states 21psi and 1.5 bar @ 800rpm ie idle
  2. 23 plus diff rebuilds plus gearbox plus rotors and pads ...yes, you get what you pay for....still a good buy I reckon., just expect to spend at least 15K to get it up to scratch
  3. 4 bar when warm? You have a problem there mate - could be partially spun bearing, or blocked oil filter which could in turn affect the seals on the turbo as they are mostly rated to about 4 bar before they leak oil into the inlet system Infact, oil pressure when warm should be no more than 22psi or about 1.5bar.
  4. Always have them physically inspected first. alot of high grade stuff turns out to be less than that when looked at.
  5. Very good buying on the W129 roadster. Current shape to 2001. Totally original. 5.0 V8 Cruise control, power windows, heated seats, climate control, Air cond 109k's with full history. 11. so does this mean the only way to get a street legal one here is by personal import or through nissan?
  12. You also see low k R32's selling for up to 5mill aswell.
  13. yes....but I prefer sound to speed on the street atleast...
  14. Went up to check out the R35 last night that was running at Barbagallo's. Seeing it again in the flesh it did not disappoint. First up was long circuit and it seemed to be hitting the speed limiter very early on in the peice spoiling the fun somewhat. One thing that got alot of people was how quiet it was...against some pretty serious R32 GTR's and others it seemed surreal that something that quiet could be that fast. Then onto the short circuit it litterally looked like a slot car eating up the track. Its acceleration was marked compared to alot of the other cars out there. First mod then - exhaust!
  15. Told my brother (he drives a supra...reckons its faster than a speeding bullet)...he said 'thats bullshit, they must have modified it or something, slicks....' I laughed my ass off...said 'no, its stock'...still doesnt believe me....
