For years my wife was NOT in favour of me getting a skyline. 2 doors... they're just not a family car! I took her for test drive, when we got back to the car yard, she had a silly grin & was looking for the cheque book! A week later she found a 4door skyline - I told her ALL 4doors are non turbo and aren't as fast. Yes, a small white lie, but it worked! I think I used the same angle with the Auto vs Manual - it worked! yes dear, they are very economical, parts are easy to find... it does down hill from here
