  1. Yeah All day rev limiter+lack of bottom end oil pressure=RATTLES!!! cost 1 motor
  2. I put a form through for both cars, along with melly and ZCR's, and the rain was crap when it came to times, but like I said I haven't had that sort of fun for a while, so I'm glad I had the excuse to slide I don't think the magnetic stuff is that expensive and you can get it in white or black, or stick on race numbers for motorbikes are about $1 each number white
  3. I wasn't having a dig, I was just saying alot of drivers missed timed runs due to unforseen circumstances I had the big Numbers 32 and 197, and I thought that were going to be my numbers, and I'm guessing from the overbooking problem I got forgotten about (so did my second entry)and 32 was allocated to some bloody (awesome) camaro (yank tank with the race numbers 32 is so wrong) Heads up for next time, skyline is 32 and Renault clio is 197, prob only do demo/Joke runs in the clio next time as the 32 is just to much fun to slide
  4. I think N1GTR and Doof will agree, but it was just to hard to add up the times as half the people did 2 courses that the other half didn't and vica versa, also when the rain came down alot of cars lost their numbers. I only got 1 timed run out of 6 courses in my 32, and no timed runs in the Clio. I actually got 3 timed runs when I borrowed Joel's Clubman (All fastest times, but would have to put this down to the car.....WWHHHEAPON) But I reckon, Gerard Sasso was REALLY quick in his MX-5, Liz in her 180 was quick when she kept it on the tarmac , Both of the Silver 32 GT-R's where using 4wd to there advantage along with silver 33 GTR, and of course My canberran team mate ZCR, Zane robertson got a 2 fastest times in his 32 Gtst. Also sorry to all of the 33 GTS-T owners that drove well, as all you 33's look the same to me....... Thankyou very much for driving the new GTR like it should of been, great to see it out there with all 4 wheels spinning, and like I said if you ever forget how much fun RWD is, we could always swap for a run next time..............
  5. Is that all........ Sounds like a monster, I think everyone is going to call shotgun for the next few months
  6. And a very special thankyou to the man who let me live a dream and drive a PRB clubman, All I can say is "How much for cash"
  7. Thanks to all for a great day, a shame about the weather, but it gave me the perfect excuse to forget about times and do some skids (some people think I should just stick to skids but anyway) Special thanks to the organisers, all the marshals and timekeepers, couldn't of done it without you all. The only complaint is, my passengers seat was empty for a few runs, and same with some of the hypo cars. Come and have a spin next time, offer is open to all for shotgun in my car I'm sure us ACT boys will be back for the next one, even if it is only 2 of us P.S. I'll work on my 2 bottle hit trick and try and turn it into something epic (coins, football kick or something even crazier )
  8. I'm coming to what ever Track day you go to first, want to see this thing in action
  9. I was thinking 4.7 litre Vantage not the 4.3, or the V12, and I was also thinking 355, more classic ferrari not "Aero" ferrari I need at least 1 of each
  10. And I have very good reasons for every one, and would own them all in a perfect world
  11. The list is so long Race- 99 wrx RA spec c, Lotus elise w K20A, PRB Clubman, Clio 200 Cup race car or a Time attack/motorkhana 32 GTR (hi octane anyone) Street/Daily- E39 M5, Clio 200 Cup, Race/Daily- Evo IX Wagon, Clio 200 Cup, 34 GTR Budget Daily- EG Civic hatch (Import pref), new Ford fiesta (Great car to drive, seriuosly fun and dynamicly astounding, wish I had one for texi, my new daily will do though) Dreaming..... until later in life.... '07+ Aston Martin Vantage V8, '07+ 911 Carrera S (Ultimately GT3RS), Range Rover Sport, Z tune and finally Pagani Zonda F roadster there are way more on my wich list but these are the main modern ones, may have forgotten a few
  12. I think you will be in trouble away from the 33, unless your thinking evo....... I think I got you in a skyline though. RWD vs AWD isn't fair, how bout you lend me a Subie and we can battle
  13. Was sick of beating me huh, want more of a challenge
  14. I'm keen, should have some decent power back buy then. Thanks Donnan for organising
  15. I just don't think you have ever got to drive it fast enough In saying that, you don't have to go ridiculous, speed limit can be plenty, just you hardly ever get a clean run at it
  16. Settle down, was just having a bit of fun and the 31/Vl clutch fan doesn't fit from memory, even if it did, they have almost half the air flow capacity.
  17. I'm a BIG clutch fan, no sports car should come without one, and only one......... Sorry for the Dad joke
  18. In true Texikhana tradition, I will be bring a toyota hatchback to Texi(except for last one when it was a family four door), which I will ATTEMPT to embarrass you all with. But I don't think anyone will really mind as it is the best Hatchback EVER, and its not really a toyota, and its got Nissan engine mounts, so there is some awesomeness in the car Hey Steve0, depending on numbers will I be able to double enter?
  19. The best guy to see about anything suspension and steering is Chris at Inline steering in queanbeyan, best place and he is a whiteline distributor. Just tell him your from the skyline forum/club -Reece
  20. Sorry mate, not going to sell them. love them I was thinking if you really want 33 gtr wheels, you should really test fit those, as I can't fit them on the 32 without touching the gaurds
  21. I've got some 32 GTR wheels I can lend you for a couple of hours. Just a quick note, 32, 33, 34 wheels have similar offsetts but they are different widths and diameter's (16x8, 17x9, 18x9.5 I think but don't quote me) and from 31 experience, any tyre wider than 225 scrubs pretty bad. And how are you going to test fit them on a 4 stud hub
  22. Standing around looking at cars being pampered that are designed for flogging and should be on the track, I think the track still wins Me and Zane celebrated the r32's birthday in true nissan style taking 1 and 2 in class at Oran Park. Thats what the 32 is all about
