  1. do u just find ur models and MUA's on mayhem or look elsewhere? I like this process better than the chick in the fezza but i reckon you've got to sharp here. to much constrast especially around her mouth. If you softened this shot up about 15-20% around those areas it'd be perfect! everything else is top shelf! your picking it up so quick man!
  2. Thanks redline Serk, take what i've said with a grain of salt. If you like something that I've said didn't work for me, keep doing it and keep refining it. at the end of the day it's about what makes you happy when you look at your finished work. like this shot. this makes me happy. first shot of my car in ages. been avoiding shooting it since the lip got ripped off, but i reckon it looks pretty tough in this shot anyway
  3. Well I wouldn't say I'm pro, I'd just say I've been shooting longer than most of you, but thanks all the same Ok, photo is 6.5/10 I like: you've thought about the shot. framing is ok. colours are nice concept is sound. i like placement of pole and skyline in foreground i dont like: youve tried to hard to either pull in colours of adjust exposure. see the halo around the wing? could have framed better. get rid of half numberplate hole (distraction) colour of car is to far off real colour car could be brigter so it commands more attention. thats my critique.
  4. Thanks boys! yes, yes I am. Quite happy indeed. The only excuse i have left for an average photo now is myself
  5. Yep, 430. A 428 was also there. should see if i took any shots of it. it always had people crowding around it.
  6. sidd your studio stuff is really coming along nicely! Quick shot from twilight trackday. Wallpaper available for those who want it too...
  7. Epic Battle! Andy Gray vs Christian Pickering. Beau Yates.
  8. THanks Dan, that fezza shot is good, That red is deceptively hard to shoot yeh? THe difference between it 'popping' and over doing it is about as wide as a bee's dick. turned out ok though. I'd jsut minimize those reflections on the bonnet. another shot of the tezmobile.
  9. Ilike those stickers man, really nice, subtle touch! Terry!
  10. HI! HELLO! HOW ARE YOU? There's some mad shots in here man! We could really clean a couple up for framing if you want! Shots 3 and 4 are great!!!
  11. It's all subjective man. I've been accused of making my shit to clean/boring. that's one of the reasons why this hobby doesn't get boring quickly, unlimited choices, styles, moods, feelings. tezza the rock dog's ride
  12. The black/white should would be better if the car didn't have heaps of shit in the reflections. kinda kills it for me. Check it out. No wheels! AND NICK (GOLDZILLA)'s volvo.
  13. Barra, flare is enhanced slightly, but 80% real. Just warmed It up. 89cal, it was dropped it from old archive.
  14. Cool idea for shot and comp, but personally i'd cut back the skin work. find a more realistic balance? Terrys car AND
  15. Patience Terry. Took a couple of the city the other night...
  16. Holidays are over and I'm back in the swing of things. SHot Terry's perfect N1 yesterday afternoon.
  17. Nice work Pezzy! They're all pretty good 3 and 4 are my favs:) Keep sharing across the weeks. dribble it out, maybe work on one or two shots at a time, post for feedback, then rinse repeat? took this on my break from work, Empress Falls, Blue Mountains.
  18. its a good angle Jay, but i expect nothing less than that from you. Probably some of the last shots I'll post from the old D90. Shot at the end of a long track day. not taken in jan but only getting around to working on some older stuff now.
  19. <p>There's no par brother, we're not golfing in here. Share, discuss, help, improve.<br /> Not much wrong with that shot anyway, fair enough it's not brochure material but I can one piston is sharp as. I can read the text and i can see more stuff in the back. it's good i reckon.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <div>Back at work so it's time to start sharing again May as well start with some car stuff. Even if it's not a fast car </div> <div>Playing around with the borrowed car at a few locations across the road trip and also trying to work out how to exploit the new camera.</div> <div></div> <div> </div> <div></div> <div> </div> <div></div> <div> </div> <div></div> <div> </div> <div></div> <div> </div> <div></div> <div> </div> <div></div> <div> </div> <div></div>
