  1. I haven't shared on here for a while. Latest look on my Evo. i think we're up to look number 3 or 4 now... Comp, yeah the angle of the car isn't right, but it's the only shot I had of it. Shot the SLS inside the main building at the Nurburgring, shot the road during my eurotrip. Godzilla Euro VS JDM Gallardo Blown 57 Widebody/Charged M3 That's probably more than enough for now CC Welcome.
  2. dipped my rims lighthouse up the coast.
  3. Mini shoot last friday night with Eric (Pezhead) Black Head Beach
  4. I like dogs! 2nd pic is a winner! ST MARCO, VENICE.
  5. Some euro shots Rome Germany
  6. 5 days in and no thread? Ok, I'll start one! Friday night I went out to shoot a black gallardo, he asked if his friend could tag along... his friend brought this.
  7. cheers man, here's the 2nd from the other night... There's one more shot from the night, but not sure if I'll bother to post it. I'll look at it again tonight.
  8. Dan's the beauty master these days! I finally got to point the camera at something that wasn't a car and something I could share. Took the mrs to the beach yesterday for a quick sunset shoot.
  9. That old pac shot is pretty rad. HDR 99.% kills shots. Well, if you can tell it's HDR anyway. Best HDR are ones where you can't tell I reckon. There are exceptions to the rule though, like everything. Look up Trey Ratcliff. http://www.stuckincustoms.com/ He's hardcore HDR but he does it really well and tastefully! nice work Dan!
  10. Did a couple of shots for a wedding car place. and a good friend just had a bebee.
  11. 10-4, convert those mini shots to BW so the colours aren't killing them and you'll have some nice shots
  12. Couple of shots that didn't make the set. Car is featured in current Street Machine Hot Rods. One of Australia's iconic 'tuner' cars of years gone by. FJCoupe. It was built/modified in the 60's and been hiding in a garage for 40 years. Recently restored. Was a great little car
  13. 1 the front needs some light. it's to dark. 2 the colours are off, try to make the white balance more natural looking and less yellowy. 3 i dont mind the iso noise if it helps tell the story, you would want to steetr clear of it if your presenting a super clean car or a gorgeous girl, but if your shooting a tough looking car in a back alley, or a rough looking subject the noise can actually add to the shot. 4 that filter effect is horrible man. it's good to play with it and see what you can or can't do though. not saying don't try stuff, just saying the end result of this experiment doesnt help tell your story or make your subject look better.
  14. You're getting hella-good hella-fast, son!!! a couple more from me... and some car stuff if you haven't been keeping up with my blog pages. Here's Dom's Wangan R33. Feature here:
  15. Let's try to breathe some life back into this forum shall we? if you're reading this post, post up at least the last one of two shots you've take or uploaded. Even if they're not really relevant to cars or what's going on. Share and chat! Let's do it! I've been away for a while, but I'm back now! Got hitched at the start of May (thanks to Gav for the awesome photos ) Afterwards, we hit up Europe for a few weeks Well I'm home now. I'll be running through the euro shots and sharing whenever I'm bored. Here's the first few
  16. Let's get back into it people! We've gotten lazy!!!!!!!!!!!! A couple of my fiance's mazda
  17. Your on the right track, I'm keeping the details quiet for a while though, til I use it for a print shoot at least. I've been experimenting with fire for the best part of a year now, I want all that time wasted to have some impact before everyone starts doing the same shit and it gets old.
  18. Technically very good man. Colours/lighting/slides/focus (for the most part) are all great. Edit wise, if you don't actually have something worth more than 2 minutes of my time don't make it 3 minutes. Not saying ur car is only worth 2 minutes, but you just repeated stuff for a lot of time. Could uave cut the driving in carpark in half, or shown driving to the park... also a few doubles on the same angle. I.e. wheel and rear of car. It's just practice I guess, f u take on board all the strong feedback in here you'll improve super fast! We will be watching out for your next vid
  19. A friend from school and his dad have been building a kustom styled bug for a couple years. We went out and took some shots the other night. Here's the first from the set.
  20. My work is about 45 seconds from there. See you there. I might even clean my car!
  21. That last shot is great Brian, nice spot to shoot from Dan, I'm not saying that either shot is bad, your people stuff is better than mine, I'm just offering my 2c for feedback. all good sir. I basically just think how would I have done this. Doesn't mean 'this is how you should have done this', just a different perspective that might stumble across something that didn't occur to you.
