The blue is from the headlight flare. Without the lights on it's reddy/slight orangey tint. Car was strobed, so had to add a bit of sunset over it to make it blend, then the lights just killed it anyway hahaha oh wells. trying new stuff

(the smarter ones here probably worked it out already haha) A few more of the red sil. f**k me, red is the HARDEST colour to shoot/blend with background. Anyone who says black is hard has probably never tried to take a good shot of a red car.

A mate came over yesterday to get a few shots of his car as he's about to put it up on carsales. Used 2 speed lights. Twas a 30 minute shoot, and I spent an hour tops in photoshop. Mostly adjusting curves and overlaying a few shots where I needed lights in more spots. Apart from overlays though, basically straight from camera. Pretty happy about that. Full set is Here! THose interior shots were 90% strobed. only painted in the back where i couldn't get a strobe in. This place was dead all month, the last few days every post has been f**king awesome! keep this up! I'm going to post some new shots after lunch.

Welcome aboard man! First things first... REMOVE THE GTR BADGE!!!!! Besides that, I quite like the black on black. When you say you want to mod it, what do you you want to do with the car? drags/drift/circuit/sneezey laps of george st/power/motorkhana? Once you've established what you'd like to do with the car and how it could be better set out you're free to plan mods. Modding a car with no goal in mind is kind of pointless, unless you really like throwing money away. If that's the case throw some at me first.

yep that is one cool shot! can't wait to see the rest of the set! I got to break out the lights last (last) weekend on the silvia shoot. Forgot how much fun painting is! It's like your god! 100% control of the light and the image. well maybe not a god but more like a painter than a photographer. Your not capturing, but more creating. Love it.

The flame sticker makes it for me I had one years ago and painted it army cammo. was rad. twisted the frame jumping it though tip from matty: Don't do massive jumps on it. small ones are ok p.s. i got my light the other day. just need to make a battery pack for it now and i'm ready to rock. might visit jaycar today for some bits. a couple from Fappy's S15.
