Just look at another car man, Might worth spending a bit extra and get a better condition. Exhaust pop is normal, air con not working is NOT normal though we tend not to use aircon too much as you loose PERFORMANCE .

You meant the smoke that came out of your exhaust and stuck on your rear bumper? If you paint condition still good, before wash your car, just spray Engine degreaser over it first, that help a bit. Apart from that, if your car run rich, doesn't matter what style exhaust it is, you'd still get it. The Jap use to put a bit of FOIL there for paint protection. Not recommend in Australia though.

A friend of mine had one of these REV limiter on his 11sec street tyre REX, i think it was a UNI CHIP one. Anyway, he used for around 6 months and his pitston rings got damage BECAUSE of the REV limiter action so he got rid of it.

I've got to share this story with you guys, We were in China Town the other night for dinner, parked our car a long the street slightly just before DRAGON BOAT but it was a no standing zone. Basically we've always park our cars there and so are million others, i always get confuse with the signs situation in the City, you can get 10 different signs on one little street so my theory is, if there is a car that parked there and it didn't have a nice little pink ticket stuck on the windscreen, that mean i can park my car there and i'm safe. Anyway, after dinner and a short stroll around the block, we were shattered to see a pink notice on our windscreen so we were like damn, serve us right, its $107 for parking in a NO STANDING ZONE. it must have gone up since the last time i ever got a parking fine and it used to be like $40. We drove home feeling a bit sad but then i had a look at the ticket again, i couldn't believe my eyes, they keyed a wrong number. Another word if my number plate was RRM288, they keyed RRM289. I double checked, and checked again, even pulled into the servo jump down and take a closer look at my own number plate and laughing. (the people at the servo must have thought i must have did a hit and run or stole someone's plate) To this point, i dont' know whether i should feel sorry for the Parking inspector or laugh his head off because i'm ain't going to pay for it, its not my number plate, i dont' care, he must have had a few drink before his shift work or he must have left his reading glass at home. I'm reasonable,i dont' hate parking officers or whatever that they are called, i believe in the saying "you do your crime, you serve your time" I was ready to pay for my fine as i was in the wrong but what can i say, haha .

Just out of curiousity, If your GTR was to be around 300ph, obviously will require less mantaince, a good suspension set up and lets just pretend the OLD CAR issue never was there, would you have enjoy it as much as you do now with the EVO? I know EVOs are bloody awesome car to own (i'm jealous) but the lack of torque, lack of top end for somewhat don't serve me. Well maybe the IX has better top end (I watch BMI EVO IX review) but apart from the IX, i've driven most of the others, impressive to drive, zero counter steer, crazy grip but still something is missing, maybe torque, maybe i'm so used to the grunt of a STRAIGHT SIX !

Even R33gtr come with them fog lights standard, by the way. Thread might need to be move to correct section.

They sit right in front of your intercooler, on both sides, small ones. There is a switch on the dash, its for fog lights and amber lights. Do a search on the forsale section, there had been a few pairs forsale lately. Oh they might not be standard but definately a standard option.

GTR do come with fog lights standard!
