Umm I think I may have mislead you a bit there. The front/dump pipe in my Stag is an R33 GTST one but the cat back exhaust is a an actual Stagea one. I'm pretty sure an R33 GTST cat back wont fit.

Bah. Now you tell me. How much difference do thry make?

My SAFC2 took just over a month to arrive.

I bought a one of Flying Performance's 3" Dump/Front pipes for $300. Bolted straight on. As did the Apexi N1 Cat Back exhaust I bought.

Boost Controller sold.

I just had my SAFC2 tuned and the mechanic said he dragged 15% of the fuel out of the mix. Up high in the revs he dragged 20% out. Needless to say fuel economy has improved dramatically. Don't have any figures for you yet though.

Evening all. I'm taking my Stag to Peter in at Fuel tech in Launny tomorrow to get my SAFC2 tuned and maybe a service. Has anyone else taken their cars to him? Is he good at what he does? My mechanic recommended him so he can't be all bad just thought I'd get some of you guys opinions of them. Thanks guys. Zane.

Order takes a week? My SAFCII took a month to arrive. Speaking of which I get it tuned on Wednesday. I'll let you all know how I go.

When we wired my boost gauge we went through one on the passenger side. Sort of in the middle of the passenger side halfway up. Does that make sense? I'll see if I can get a pic of the wires going through it. We had to get some wires and a small plug through and it was no probs at all. We did have to make a nick in the grommet though.

I just read through the manual and it doesn't say anything in there about a turbo timer. Are you sure this one has one?

How do I use the one that is in the alarm?

How does this self closing thing work? I'm pretty sure mine doesn't do it.

Hello all. I'm not sure if this thread belongs here but I didn't know where else to put it. I have a Magicar 8000 Remote start car alarm system on my 97 Stagea RS4. The day I took it to Autobarn to get it installed he told me I couldn't have a turbo timer with it. I was wondering if this is true or not I get the feeling the guy just couldn't be bothered installing my turbo timer for me. He refused to install my RSM and boost gauge. If it truly can't be done I have an Apexi turbo timer for sale. Any help would be awesome. Thanks guys. Zane.
