No it doesnt interfere at all. Only thing is the C2 gauge is an illuminated one and it's fairly bright. Nothing a switch wouldn't fix. Doesnt worry me too much. It's a 2-1/16" gauge if I remember correctly.
I find that if during long trips I stick to 100-110 I'll get reasonable economy, however if I drive at 120 or over fuel ecenomy goes out the window due to the boost going from next to nothing to 5psi I guess. I get where I'm going quicker though.
Not sure. The mechanic said they are iridium somethings. He said they suck because you cant tell if they are buggerered or noy by looking at them. He said it might be a shitty plug but he doesn't really think that is the problem. It's weird. It just started doing it one day.
I'm one of them lone. As soon as I install my SAFCII (which is on the way) get it tuned and find someone who can cure the mysterious high rev miss shes developed I'll be running it down the qaurter. I'll be sure to let everyone know how it goes. 2nd of april I think is the meet I want to run at. Still got a little while yet.
Actually now I think about it I might have bought the gauge and pod off Ebay. The pod is an autometer one for r33 skylines. I'd have to say I recommend them. Happymeal I reckon I'll get rid of the RSM anyway. Can't get it to cut the speed limit like I thought it would. Feckin thing perhaps I'm just not using it right. Who knows?
Hello all.
Tonight I went to take my Stag for a good run as I'm about to go away for a month.
When I put my foot down though things went pear shaped. It started what felt to me like it was missing a bit. The power wasn't smooth at all. And the exhaust was spluttering like it does when it changes gears if I'm fanging it.
I hope someone can understand what I'm talking about and tell me it's nothing major. I haven't checked anything yet as it's dark outside. Not real sure where to look either.
Sorry about the vagueness of ther message. Any help or info would be awesome.
Thanks guys.
Zane.
