is there any way you can activate electrical current through your door key hole when you arm your alarm so if someone tries to stick a screw driver into it it'll do a bit of damage? theres an idea for alarm manufacturers!

i used bp's 95 octane fuel with some octane booster. i dont get as much milage off optimax.

ive just had my car dyno tuned so im heading down to WSID on wednesday 14th of this month to check it all out. ill be getting there at around 6:00-6:30 which should be enough for 5-6 runs. ill be heading down with my brother (m3 convertible), and a few mates (wrx, prelude, 200sx, skyline) prices are $45 if you're racing and $11 (i think) for spectators. a few things to note: - you must bring a helmet - must be wearing full length pants, and a full length jumper. - current years rego papers - if the car's registration isnt under your name, a signed and dated letter stating that the owner knows and allows the car will be raced at WSID by you must be provided. so post up your interest, let me know if you're going to head down.

ill be going down to WSID on the 14th of december if the weathers any good. ill post it up in the events section.

im pretty sure my timing was off. i posted a dyno graph showing the before and after curve. so just to clarify, i got 147 on 3" turbo back, fmic, pod and 12psi with retarded timing (i THINK it was sitting a few degrees under stock). if my timing was spot on then im guessing i would've made around 160kw as my base. but you cant really tell. also another thing i'd like to add is he said that sometimes the knock sensor on the safc screws with the timing, if the knock is high then somehow it will retard timing so he advised me to disconnect it.

any shop will be able to do it considering theyve got a timing light.

and just as a direct reply to your post.. 50kw is 50kw. if the dyno was reading high then it doesnt matter does it? my base figure would've just been lower also which still doesnt change a 50kw gain. and ive also said that he played with timing and allowed me to close the gaps on my spark plugs. tell me another tuner that would allow you to do these things and give the same power output for the same price (it cost me $200)

well Nick, if you read my post properly it says he played with my timing also. apparently my timing was off to begin with. he advanced it half way through the tune when it reached around 168kw and it jumped to 184kw. my point of this thread is that he actually picked this up. not only did he tune my safc, he also fixed my timing problem. its for that reason i thought i had to post this thread... he definately knows his cars.

yeah man.. Hitman definately knows his shit. he uses Haltech engine management but i'd probably go with pfc when i do a manual conversion. nah my turbo is stock but next mod in line is a t3/4 hybrid (internal gate). maybe get into the 220-240kw range. i'd probably go for the emanage too if i havent gotten the manual conversion by then. im running 10psi but it spikes up to 12psi mid range for some reason. basically im looking for a weekday work horse/street racer/weekend worrior(drags)

50rwkw isnt a bs gain mate. my car was running like it was supposed to without a tune.. really damn rich. Hitman are known for their quality tunes (and wont blow your turbo )
