Nah it's still running stock boos :S Anyway, Andrew (Nightcrawler) will hopefully respond to my PM, and then I'll at least be able to log some data on the sensors. Give me a bit more of an idea I hope. I took the plugs out on the weekend and cleaned them as they had gone black (fouled) on all 6cyl, but it didnt seem to help. Wondering if I should go back to the suggest plug temp rating of 5 seeing as its on stock boost. But then again, I have an EBC I was going to install in a few weeks and give it 9-10psi (as its still only stock cooler) but will definately need 6 temp plugs.

Well I don't think its burning oil, but just running very rich. I had a compression test done when I bought the car 2 months ago, 140 accross all 6 cyl so rings are all good. When I bought it I put new NGK- BKR6E 11 Plugs, Motul 8100XCess oil, Nissan Filter and put through a bottle of Redline injector cleaner. Since then its been slowly getting richer and richer :S Its at the point now it's starting to "pop" when coming off the throttle. It still pulls very hard, and there is no smoke out the exhaust, so I'm not sure if some sensors have had their day.

I know of quite a few people with cars bolted to the floor. You can get chains & Padlocks that were developed for motorcycles that CAN'T be cut with bolt cutters etc. Would have to OXY them off... good luck! LOL

Is there any chance of getting one now? I see there is a reserved list, could I be added to that (though can't see why ppl wouldnt take it, great price!) Cheers

Expensive? they are only $135 for the USB cable from CAZ racing and software is free from NewKleer on here. Im just too much of a tightass to buy one for now LOL

As the topic states, I was wondering if anyone here in adelaide has a USB consult cable they wouldnt mind lending for a few days. I would be happy to leave a deposit of a few $$ if you like. I just want to log data from a reasonable drive so I can get an idea of what my car might be up to. It's running very rich ATM (black soot all over back of the car) and I want to try determine what it may be. Cheers

Hi all, As per my EOI Thread, here is the cruise. Meet Spot: PM will be sent out on Thursday June 28 (eastern suburbs) Time: Meet 12:30 for 1:00pm depart Where too: Heading out of the metro area. Total cruise length is around 120km, so a good 1/2 to 3/4 tank of fuel required. Also, this is a cruise. it is NOT a hills run/midnight run/boy racer run. The pace should be fun but not fast. I have heard of too many crashes and dickhead actions on cruises of late. This is to get together to meet up with fellow SAU members and have a nice drive together. To reitterate: Speeding & Dickhead behavoiur will not be tollerated. If you want to do this, go on a ns.com cruise. Please also note that anyone who see's others doing innapropriate burnouts at the meet points, tailgating continuously, drifting etc, please report the numberplates to me and they will be reported to the authorities. Finally, the route has been drawn up, but I wont have a chance to run it before hand. So notes are off the best I can do from memory So post your name here for PM next thursday Lee

Just now spotted a silver '34 turning from Hutt St onto Bartels Rd. Had Bronze wheels and exhuast, sounded nice even at low revs

For R33 remap, Jeff from The Speed Lab does '33 remaps. Does work out more costly than a 32 remap apparently, but not sure how so. Give him a ring, he is on here under the username TSL.

Are you sure the plates were LORENZ? Where they Silver writing on a Black Background? Because an R31 was stolen yesterday that had these plates, and this morning the car was recovered, but the plates weren't. IF it was the case, please report it to the police!!

Another co. is Vigil insurance (if you can ever get through). For me, their price was similar to Shannons, but without limited kms. May be an option as a daily driver? I just chose not to go with them as I had a hard time getting a hold of them to actually get a quote, so was worried if I ever had to make a claim

Wow, Well that's a bit higher than I was expecting for the fronts! Got them in the car on the weekend with new KYB shocks, and it handles beautifuly. I would expect it to be harsh with this rate but its fantastic.. not sure why but feels really good. oh well, can't complain lol
