For those people interesting on this intercooler, you won't be dispointed. I have one installed myself with "JOE", after installed this cooler, my boost 1 psi increased..and drive in the day like drive in the night.. Also price is good..

I was wondering that "heated gas flows faster" may apply as well, the compressed air cooler after flow through the intercooler, it will "slower" and less acceleration, so if put on a big throttle body, it might have less acceleration, unless running more boost, just a though..please correct me if wrong.. Is there any reason to stay with stock 70mm throttle body rather then go to something like 90mm throttle body?

Thanks, guys for all your input.. As I have not done my internal, so I would not try my luck on the boost figures, however I do plan for it in a year or two.. Talking about clutch, will third gear on dyno too hard for the clutch? or slip is regardless to the different gears? thanks

HI, Guys Want to get some idea about clutch issue; my mods will begin next week, it's Td06, ex-manifold, plenum, 550cc injectors, ProfecB Boost(limited @ 12 psi)..usual bits...and expected a fair bit power. What my concern is the car will be dyno tuned, 1) As my twin plate will not arrive until late that week, so my mechanic "will / may" have to tune my car on stock clutch..just wondering what will be the effect? 2) Will it be too hard to the clutch on dyno? 2) or should I do it after the clutch arrive if time allow? (they are very busy..) thanks for your input..

Get a S14 throttle cable, as it has been use those people use Greddy's plenum. 3 & 4 can connect from plenum.

you don't need to jack up the car..all done in the car..take the gear nob off, remove the stick leather surround, clear some space and you can start DIY..btw, get a long nose clipper..
