Just take it to your tuner, plug it in, re-initilize, use the basic map, retune..if your car are near stock then you even can reset it and drive to tuner's place..

I believe different turbo will prefer different rpm range and the overlap the cams, don't quote me on this, hense I discovered this from my trust td06 setup ,and when the car on dyno we discovered: [264ex cam + stock ex cam gear] v.s [264 ex cam with ex cam gear(4 degree retared)] only happen after 6000 rpm, powerband expanded..about 12kw..the cam still not dialed in at its best setup, so that's a rough guide..car will retune next tuesday, so will let you know.

yes, it will... I have trust FMIC, I don't have stock air box, but the piping comes with the trust FMIC (I assume you are talking about SPL) use original cooler piping at intake side..then comes up from driver side cross the fan back to stock plenum.
