Why dont you bore out your factory intercooler hole. You'd want this bigger than your turbo inlet.

Some very nice pictures and was great to compare as i just put a 2535 on yesterday. The front of that turbo is huge compared to the stocky. One question, are you only using the little whole in the air box to get your cold air?

R31's do have independant, i love seeing those things squat.

BigCarl Well i dont know how good those Lemans are, but for example, on the street my sumitunos would spin every time in second gear when hitting boost. First gear is useless. But on the track i could actually get traction in first gear under full throttle. With the amount of rubber that goes on the surface during the drags, traction is heaps better than the street. If your not too abrupt with the clutch and power on take off, you might be surprised with the power you can get down. I was consistantly doing 2.0/2.1 with my street setup which i run the stiff Tein suspension.

Actually power curve doesnt look too bad considering the woefull A/F ratios.

Your running way too rich, lean it off at the top end, try and get it just under the 12 mark and that should give you some nice easy power

On a non Dyno Dynamics dyno we where pushing 225rwkw with the 2530. Roughly it reads about 7% less than a dyno dynamics dyno.

I ran 12.55 on my normal street Sumituno's. Now ive got much stickier rubber (Toyo Ra1's which are street legal) and with a bit more power, i reckon i could go close. My 60's before where 2.0/2.1, if i can bring that down to 1.8, thats 0.2 a difference, generally you can double it over the whole 1/4, say 0.4. And more power, it will go close

Im going for an 11 or very low 12 and i think i will be very close to the mark

I hope the midrange is similiar to the 2530 but top end is more, i'll wind it up until it pops

Definately you where backing off with 85mph half track, my best was 89mph half track and i finished with 113mph. I've done it before as it doesnt really show you where the finish line is as there are 3 sets of lights. Might head down with you if you wait a few weeks and im planning on a real low 12 or even possible 11

I just tighten (shorten) the spring on the HKS actuator arm for my 2530. It seems to work fine

I dont know, i havent ran mine yet those RA1's. Give it plenty of revs, ease out the clutch and then slam those gears. I wanna see a 12.

Who is using the Jaycar Boost Controller and what do you think of it? Im using a HKS adjustable Actuator only to control boost set at 20psi. I wouldnt mind changing it and using some controller inside the cabin.

Without some decent traction you won't get near low 12's
