ok thanks guys. firebladejr which suburb is unigroup engineering in? and i really dont want to mount the safc on top of the dash cause i dont want any holes/marks ect on the dash, and to the left of the steering shroud (above left knee) is where my gauges are mounted. any other surgestions?

can anyone recommend a someone in sydney to tune my r33 and new apexi SAFC 2??????? and also whats the average cost? keeping in mind i will install the safc myself. also where is a good place to mount the safc?

thanks for the reply ive only seen a couple of 4 door r33s here in sydney and none of them had skirts or rear bar. must be more 4 doors in melbourne. j-spec supplied me with the rear bar and pods, u couldnt have the rear bar on without the pods.(the rear bar with out the pods would stick out way past the body lines) as for the rest of the kit on mine i got a 400r front bar impul rear bar and an r34gtt rear wing(looks really good on the 4doors) and i will soon have the impul side skirts, i wanted custom made 400r skirts but that was going to cost way to much so i went with the impul ones.

rj factory fitted side skirts????????? u sure. and the rear pods??? i bought a impul rear bar for mine from j-spec imports in melbourne last week. i will post a pic for u if u want after it gets painted and i fit it.

craz0 so now with the pfc in everything is fine and all u had to do was plug in with no extra wiring or mods to to the unit or wiring to make it work with the auto? the only issue u have is the power light flashing? steve-sst how much is a wolf plugin worth for a r33 auto gts-t? and who can tune it in sydney? and as craz0 said when you installed the wolf into the auto r33 did u notice the power button flashing/going through the diagnostics?

good luck craz0, let us know how you go. mine is also a 93 model 33 4 door so if it worked for 4door sleeper im hoping it will for me too. the way it was explained in ur other thread and from what u said about the wolf unit it sounds like its just plug and play with no other mods needed for it to communicate with the auto ecu if this is right and the power fc dosent really work then the wolf is the way to go, anyone know who can tune the wolf in sydney? i would rather an apexi power fc so we will have to cross our fingers and hope the one u bought works for you craz0. then we can put an end to the legend and say it does actualy work with the autos. i have exactly the same problem over 12psi!!!!!!!! its very annoying so i just wind the boost down for now! and ive also done the whole experimenting with plugs, but nothing helped. i have found that it happens alot more before full operating temp.

craz0 i read ur thread, very interesting. i may just buy a power fc and pop it in and see how it goes, (like 4door sleeper). have you happened to do anymore research other than the thread?

you still got the apexi s-afc? im in sydney will take it straight away.

im running 10psi boost and still have the brass restrictor in place, but since i got my full 3'' exhaust on its overfueling heaps??????? time for me to get fuel/air controler.

wouldnt you be running lower boost now with the restrictor in?

Ben we will prove to them that a coupe rear bar fits!!!(i hope) Kik-ass i will definetly keep u posted on this. tony the i really want a rear bar that makes a bit more of a statement than the 400r but if thats my only option i will have to do it. i also have to try to keep costs down so the bar + the custom rear pods may cost too much.

Benm from this forum has a coupe rear bar lying around so we are going to try out the fit of it on my car and see what happens. this way i know how serious the mods will be. i really need to know this cause there are no real good aftermarket bars for the 4 doors besides the impul one.(which i dont really like)

Kik-ass what about if i use a coupe reo/support bar? isnt the distance from the rear wheel arch to the rear of the bar the same distance??? correct me if im wrong. im only guessing.
