  3. Hi, I have the 350z wheels on my r34 gtt and have just bought new tyres - I bought Hankook Ventus Sport K104's in the size 235/40ZR18 93Y. I got them for $240 each fitted. Lots of forum members Oz wide are using these tyres on the street with great results! Prices are very similar from state to state also! For more info checkout this thread - the are other threads on this tyre also if u do a search Review: Hankook Ventus Sport K104 Hope this helps!

    red dash

Just put the silicon sleeves over the top! The R34 dash has blue ones in there standardly - I know because I have pulled the dash apart on 2 gtt's - it doesnt look blue on the 34, more like a white with bluey-green huish tones Replace these with red sleeves - you can buy the sleeves from Autobarn or most auto shops, Narva make them as do others and they are between $2.50 & $5 for a pack of 5! The sleeves fit over the globe - you may find some green or blue ones already on there - Nissan has done this in all 3 of my cars! My Dash lights are red but that's because I have the Nismo Dash! Hope that all makes sense - dont have pics on work computer.
  5. Congrats Pete We had our wedding @ 'Leonda By The Yarra' - ceremony & reception. A couple of hints to reduce costs: 1. Have the Wedding on a Sunday instead of Saturday - this is usually cheaper at most places. 2. Have the Reception during the day, as a lunch, this is also cheaper than at night. 3. Do both a Sunday AND Lunch and its at least 1/2 if not a 1/4 of the price of Saturday at Night 3. Shop around 4. Good Luck with it all! BTW don't let your mrs eat any of the Wedding Cake! Why? You may have already seen this email recently: Here is the rest of that email for those who want a chuckle, ladies a prerequisite to reading: a sense of humour Men Strike Back
  6. bump, any takers for the last 3 items? Nick [GroundRun] where are you? You wanted the Orange Indicators!
  7. Have an interstate buyer interested via PM [Adelaide] - anyone have these wheels on a 32 GTST or know if they fit? I guess any combo of 17 x 8 fr and 17 x 9 rr wheels would be the same, with similar offset. Anyone have similar on their 32 gtst? Thanks. Bump

  9. So it is an r34 dash you're selling? GTT or GTR or for that matter it could even be non-turbo? Auto or Manual? This is more like a chit-chat thread mate, are you actually trying to sell something?
  10. Thanks to Erik for following up with MSI - we may just be able to get some for $200 Should know by tomorrow.
  11. Just had the K104's: 235/40ZR 18 [93Y] fitted to front and rear ends, I will report back once I have put some kays on them but I already know they are better than what was on previoulsy!
  12. Great to hear mate I know a couple of good mechanics but I don't think they are worth driving to melbourne for!!! hopefully somebody local can help you out. * Change the alarm, maybe get a quicktrak or some other kind of Satellite tracking system But dont tell anyone what it is. * Clublock as mentioned * Maybe even install a killswitch - a separate immobilser! * Do an agreed value with the insurance co - to cover yourself for the full amount. I know this sounds extreme but it has already happened once...
  13. I feel for ya man - good luck getting your car back, I have had mine 2.5 years and I would still be totally devastated if this happened to me, let alone 1 day. It all sounds WAY TOO Dodgy to me. The security gate broken a day or 2 before, alarm, surveilance, immobiliser and how many people would actually know u even had the car? Not many!
  14. SOLD, to me weeks ago, you should update & close off your threads Arty Cheers!
  15. bump - what was I thinking @ 3:30 this morning  LoL prices are now rock bottom to clear out the last few things
  16. do either or both of these cars [with the injector #2 problem] have aftermarket computers? Like PowerFC etc??? For the petrol to get mixed in with the oil sounds as though something is cracked internally, or you have so much overflow from the Crankcase Ventilation [top of engine] that too much oil is going back through the Intake Plenum - with the Air! Does either or both cars have an Oil catch tank / separator / breather? I'm not a mechanic, but have worked on cars for 15 years, so I am just speculating what the problem may be ~ logically Cheers & hope you solve the problem.
  17. Prices dropped on last 3 remaining items 2nd hand single Nismo Clear side indicator was $45, Now just $35!!! 2nd hand pair Nissan Orange side indicators was $50, Now Just $35!!! Apexi Panel filter, slightly damaged but will not affect performance, fits stock airbox on almost ALL NISSANS, was $50, Now Just $35!!! ALL STOCK MUST GO
  18. Not sure how related it may be but have you checked the spark plugs? Its just a thought. I havent heard of Injector #2 being a common problem until you posted this. I had some issues with fuel/funny idling and it turned out the plug was fouling and causing the mixture to run rich. Its fairly important to have the right GAP on the plugs! They should also be Platinum plugs. Hope this helps.
