Hey Liz and everybody had a wicked day yesterday. Definitely one of the better cruises ive been on, with the weather turning it on for us. I was the last man standing at Avoca Beach leaving the beach at about 4pm slightly burnt but with a smile on my face. Good to meet some of you and Ill see you on the next one.

Gday Rezz, Firstly welcome back the land of Oz, When I was working in Japan I found that alot of the Gaijin over there tend to stick together rather than mix alot with the locals, I suppose this is the same in most countries but the thing that got me most was that foreigners seem to get away with alot of shit over there with no intervention of the police and if the police did turn up they were really not useful in sorting out the problem. This was back in 99 and I was just wondering if this has changed, surely the Japanese would not put up with this behaviour on their soil. Also I would like to say that all the J-girls that I worked with and played with all preffered Gaijin......... maybe I just got lucky or maybe I was just working in the right industry. Just my observations.

How To Improve Fuel Economy?
LANFOH replied to dd4321's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)
You can install the SAFCII by yourself if you feel game in cutting into your standard ecus loom and connecting it up to the approrpiate wires, but it would be very wise to get it tuned on a dyno by spmeone that has done it before using all the correct a/f ratio reading equipment. The last thing you want is your car leaning out at high revs. Doesnt cost much either to tune a fuel controller. -

The best way to get better fuel economy for you would be to get an electronic fuel controller eg safc2 or PFC and get it tuned accordingly on a dyno. Your atmospheric BOV will only make you run rich for a split second when your AFM is tricked. The standard ecu is known to run rich in standard trim. I fitted a fuel controller a few weeks a go and im making more power and using less fuel than before. -
Deal. Fingers crossed for the weather.

Ceramic Clutch Drivability Feedback
LANFOH replied to whiteknight's topic in Drivetrain and transmission
Yep got one in my R33, your granny could drive with one not much different to an organic clutch at all. Good for traffic and spirited runs. Driven 5 puck aswell which is alot more to get used to. Prob good for cars with around 200rwkw not a heap more. -
That price they have quoted you is a joke $5800 for pads and rotors, What the hell are they gonna do for that kind of money?
