Hey guys As recently i have dun the front mount avcr,and CES racing split dump Have 170rwkw My next lot of things im proceeding with doing Are walboro fuel pump Gt35 turbo internally gated low mounted Fuel rail kit Cams Im going to be doin the fuel pump in two weeks Then turbo in about junish, when i'll have the money for it . After turbo im thinkin about gettin quick shift kit and transmission cooler . Just seein if you think the order of fittment of these things are right . What power would you think i will be gettin, being safe on day to day use once i get the fuel pump and gt35 done .

Hey guys Had my car dynoed at mercury motorsport a while ago and the car did 122rwkw ! Had my avcr tuned, tested fitted front mount and split dump( CES Racing) Pulled 170rwkw at 10psi . (my car is an auto aswell) Looking forward in doin auto quick shift and highflow turbo next. Will be gettin quarter mile times in 3 weeks

Hey guys Im gettin my intercooler, avcr tuned and split dump pipe put in I have just recieved a phone call by one of the staff sayin that my 6 cylinder has a lower compression then the other cylinders all the cylinders are 150, the 6 cylinder is 130 im goin to see how it goes in about a months time and get another compression test done Has anyone else been in this situation before. it could be just glazed, or has some shit in there, but yeah don't know but if it does gets worse, should i do a rebuild or be cheaper gettin a whole new engine? Any information is great! Thanks

Hey Boomau Those K&N flat panel filters are just the pits - man I lost 56KWs by changing my Pod filter back to the panel filter. By the way - all the bits are on the floor in front of the bench?????

I have just received an email from a mate involved in a Commodore web group saying that they have a couple of fellows who paid for an Intercooler kit from this mob and haven't received anytthing yet. Sounds like Police or Consumer Affairs is the next port of call for these mongrels if they don't come to the party.

Well guys - just to let you all know that I have still not received my piping from this Online Motor Options group and today will start the legal process. Be aware that a person was recently jailed for 18 months for advertising something on eBay that they did not have and accepted the money from 3 buyers. This is a very serious offence to take peoples money and not supply what you paid for. Be careful - both sellers and buyers.

Hey guys For you that have had the avc-r installed ( Car r33 gtst auto) I have not touched any of the settings, too afraid to f@#K it up. But as soon as i put my foot down and floor it , theres a little ticking sound coming from the passenger side above the glovebox My car never made this noise before and not sure if this noise is normal when havin the avc-r on. Also my engine at idle is hunting (engine popping), before i had my avcr on I have taken to a mechanic and had injector cleaner through it, put this cleaner thing through the fuel tank to take out any moisture, and also change the Fuel filter. Its still doing it, and not sure what else to try, Im going to be taking the car to mercury soon and see if they can find anything and put it on the dyno . Any info will be appreciated. Thanks

Gidday mate, I received an email from this user only yesterday to say that the rest of my kit is or should be posted within a few days. That was the first email after unsucessfully trying for one and half weeks, and over a month since I paid for the full kit. I have a name and address, but Telstra indicate that they have no listing for this name and address - maybe if you know someone in Melbourne they could slip past and check it out. I have received the Intercooler but I'm still waiting on the piping some 4 weeks since I paid for the kit. the ppl sound to be genuine, but yeah who knows over the net on ebay it has trust i think painted on the front with trust stamped onto the top of the cooler aswell even if its like a hybrid still 720 bucks for all piping and clamps and shit still good enough for me i'll let yas know what its like

with being 800 wide thats the total width its 600 from the start of the core im still not sure if it is a trust intercooler or not, but if it works doesnt really bother me

im goin to be puttin on a twin dump pipe soon , i have been to CES racing at the second toll way headin towards coast and was quoted highflow cat and twin dump for 930 even though they mite do a great job , i think its a bit expensive . i have thought about it and im gettin the twin dump at exotic exhaust down at sumner park jijaws street. they can do twin dump pipe for around 400 bucks, and their work is quality shit. i have looked at my engine and lookin at the stock dump pipe, how much restriction is there is eye opening. goin a 3 inch dump pipe or a twin dump pipe, your goin to notice some difference. im just goin twin dump pipe, as exhaust gas and turbo excess is goin out seperate pipes and apperantly suppose to flow better. Also CES racing quotin 24kw extra at the wheels is in my opinion, and not sure if its true or not, sounds a bit over the top. (considering you dont have a full 3 inch exhaust to start with.) hope it helps a smidge, just what i have learnt over the time thinkin bout it.

Thanks for the replies just to let yas know, and forgot to mention, my car is an automatic it has a 3 1/2 exhaust, gettin a trust intercooler kit very soon savin for ecu upgrade, apexi avc-r , injectors, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and some internal work this should also come a bit quicker then expected as im sellin one of my other cars This car will be a daily driver, and will be mainly used on about 10 psi on the occasion i will be racin the odd person on the street. (keepin within speed limits) haha and goin out to test and tune, and would be running then, the max amount of psi for my engine and turbo which will still be safe. i also know i will be up for a rebuild on the gearbox or another type of box that can handle this type of power ( not really wantin to convert to manual) Thats why i thought gt30/40 once engine work and the other things i have listed is been done. (knowing puttin this turbo on requires external wastegate and manifold, and dump. i will be happy with the car and power . Will let yas know on progress. I have taken the car out on the dragstrip, didnt spool it up and had a reaction time of like 1.somethin it did a 16.6 as soon as i get intercooler i will take it out again . thanks again for replies

hey guys sorry to bother you but i have heard that the series 2 turbo is steel wheel ball bearing turbo is this right? im up for an upgrade on turbo for my car series 1 r33 1993 i was looking at a gt30/40 turbo my engine is stock at the moment but will want to do some internal work once i start doin shit!!! as the gt30/40 are around 1700 buck mark i was seein if there was a cheaper alternative thats goin to give a power im looking at im looking at about 260rwkw ? thanks

hey man thanks for that, but the only thing i am worried about, is ppl sayin about the harsh gear changes all the points ya have listed for the power fc sound good and i want to get it but the gear changes thingy is puttin me off and the mods i'll be soon doin hopefully, be able to handle it . once i get the ecu, wirin is no worries got that sorted, just need the computer i'll be huntin round this weekend. see whats doin.

well i still havent choosen the right ecu i wanted yet but sayin that ppl recommending apexi power fcs and wolf's is there anyone out there with a skyline r33 auto that has an haltech on their car i also read that apexi power fcs on autos are very harsh on gear changes as reading and telling the engine that the car is a manual im goin to gather more info on this just with the haltech though, i was speaking to one of the guys at apc at underwood and he put me onto the haltech ecu, and told me all the specs and to me it sounded like all i needed. thanks for the info man

hey im pretty much in the same situation haave an auto r33 i was wondering with the haltech ecu i think its the e6X if ya can put that into an auto, i'll find out more info but yeah at the moment thats what im goin to do with replacin the stock ecu just got the t04E hybrid turbo be doin front mount soonish and will have to find someone who can do a custom manifold for a good price .
