  1. I haven't stripped a 25 box for a while but I think you can get rev and 5th off without pressing everything out of the centre plate. From memory the genuine Nissan parts are not cheap it will probably cost between $400-$600 just in syncros, bearings, seals and oil etc. Just to do a quick repair. Don't take this as gospel but it might be work asking the question if it can be done, good luck.
  2. Love it, how does it sound at 8200rpm
  3. Thanks mate, I have been having a similar problem with mine ever since I moved the location of my catch can. I have been thinking about using some steel wool or similar as a baffle material under the baffles.
  4. Good read Do you have baffled cam covers or restrictors in the block?

  7. How did John's S13 end up? That would be a great 1st car.
  8. I am with Brad a R32 would be a good choice, sav mans Targa R32 is a sweat ride and quite affordable ( except for the porn suspension hehe ) That way you still keep the skyline 6cyl creed and style.
  9. I have a R33 GTSt log booked as a sports sedan, I would not be very competitive but it is its only home. This car would suit the MRA series nicely I have done one regularity event with them and it was a great day. I have done a few of the SSCC rounds and a few SAU days and a go at superlap. I have had a ball it the boat but it has been costly, if I can give you some advice choose a car that is affordable to race unless for have some healthy financial backing. A N/A Silvia would be a great place to start or a bog stock R32 or S13 turbo this way you can spend less on tyres, brakes and fuel and more money on entry fees. Good luck and have fun. Cheers Ryan.

  22. Hehe I miss read it and thought that you said gtst's arnt allowed. Yer Brad I am stoked this will give my car a home. It said I can not modify my guards over than liping them but it did not say I can't change the fronts to gtr ones. I am assuming wider fiber glass guards wound be a no no on the front. Thanks for the info Brad.
