  15. Thanks Brad I had a feeling that they were not correct but the company I purchased them off swore they were correct grrr. O well I was going to purchase some new steer tie rods with spacers to match the lower control arm to keep them parallel once I sorted out what was doing with the LCA's. As I don't really understand how to measure and adjust RC correctly I am now in two minds one to sell these arms unused and get some upper camber adj arms or persevere on with what I have and see how the RC adjustment goes and hope it does not make it Handel like a dog. Mmm if anyone has used these on a track car or done a similar mod I would love to hear your feedback. Also I am running 350 centre of wheel to bottom of the guard with STD guards. Cheers
  16. answers to the above questions below. Well Im guessing the aftermarket lca you bought is adjustable? Yes it is, Length and RC. so you can make it shorter or longer but remember since there adj is done from the bush end you effectively are pushing the sway bar and castor rod mounts out so you should try and install it and get it at the same length as the original arm and see if it fits if it still doesnt fit you make have the wrong lca. On R33's GTSt's the sway bar mount is on the upright not the LCA, but there is a bracket fouling on the sway bar which looks like it could be for the sway bar link on other models? Below are some pictures explaining what i am talking about, If any one has used these or has some helpful information please let me know.
  17. Did he tell you how he changed it from a 2 way to a 1.5? The two diffs are very different internally, the only adjustment I can think off is a soft med and hard setting behind the left hand shaft. The build looks great shame to loose the cage and seat as they look shmick. I live hunter valley also we might have to catch up when it is done, I am keen to see yours too Dave it is going to be a ripper. Congrats on build so far.
  18. This finished yet? Hehe
  19. hey all has anyone else fitted the just jap aftermarket adjustable from LCA's? I purchased a set not through JJ and I think I may have been supplied the wrong part or maybe they are just built this way? The arm fits the car ok but the STD caster rod will not fit and the sway bar link mount is on the wrong way... I will post pictures later but just interested to know if others had this issue or I may have LCA's for another model Cheers Ryan
  20. Not a bad deal if only you were near Newcastle Good luck
