  7. try a different ignighter module then if its a series one.. knew a bloke who had a similar problem, everything seemed good and they couldnt figure out why it was only making 96rwkw on 1 bar and it ended up bein the ignighter module was rooted. just something to think about.

  11. does it take much to fit these upto a 32, are they the same offset?
  12. no need to go high mount bud, waste of time and money on an internally stock motor. and a 35/40 may very well be the worst turbo choice you could make on an internally stock engine. as has been said already, a gtrs bolt on kit would be prime, if your after a bit more poke go a 3037. if your workin to a budget, get a highflow stock turbo

  14. hi guys, so i stuffed my old set of tie rod ends trying to take them out (another story) and ordered a new set through fulcrum. they arrived and i wasnt paying a particular amount of attention and just threw them in, tightned the nut and didnt think anymore of it, though now i have gone for a wheel allignment and they showed me they could move the wheel without the red even moving, upon further inspection it appears they have supplied me with the wrong rod ends. the taper on the rod end is about 1-2mm to thin for the nuckle. this is where is gets weird, i went to pedders to see if they had any idea what the story was and their listing was the same as fulcrum. now i have thrown the old ones out so dont have anything to match up with. my question is, are the gtst rod ends the same taper size as the gtr? or are fulcrum and pedders crazy and their a different size and have supplied me the wrong ones....
  15. 2 weeks and 1 day later i expect to see this car in the news paper or on tv wrapped around a pole... 350kw and what sounds like a fair bit or inexperience in these cars usually ends up like that. just be careful dude
  16. hey mate a lil confused, these two statements kinda contradict each other... is it a circlip that is located in the spline inside the diff center (thats what old mate at the cv shop said today... or is it that spring o-ring that i found the remainds of last night (the guy at the CV shop said that it was more likly to be from the seal that shaft goes through.)
  17. so i took the diff cover off and found the remanance of what looks like a spring o-ring (thought id find a circlip??) just need to know if this is what locks the shaft in place. any answers would be appriciated as i need to send my wife over tomorrow to the local cv shop to get one thanks adam
  18. i know this is prolly a lil annoying but i like to know what im doin b4 i start... will i find the circlip just in the bottom of the casing or will it be cought up in something. also is there supposed to be a gasket on the housing or will it be purely sealent only and tolerence fitment. and finally what should i be refilling the transfer case with as this is the first time i have had to deal with the gtr system... thanks for your help mate.
  19. yeah thats the end that goes into the front diff. do i have to drop the oil out to get to the circlip... whats involved in removing the front diff cover? do they commonly come off when ppl remove the front shaft?
  20. hi guys, just need some info. have just purchased a 32gtr and it was running rwd as it had broke the standard front shafts. now i have purchased the front shafts but need to know if there is supposed to be a spring o-ring or a circlip in the position on the pic attached. thanks adam
  21. as above guys, tryin to chase down a stainless 4" catback, would prefer to buy new and not lookin at goin custom just yet... anyone know who makes em, its to suit a 32gtr. thanks guys

  23. hi guys, recently bought an r32 gtr that had fubar front drive shafts, now i have the old ones here (in pieces apparently) and just wondering how they go together, anyone have any pics of the front shafts so i can compare to the bits i have here?
