hi here are more pictures of what i've done today connected the wires to my custom angel eyes HID On Tinted my Tail Lights, and hooked up thx for viewing luv felix (L) more parts just came in today !! Sway bar end links Nismo Engine Mounts N1 Angel eyes headlights with LED Position lamps and then finally got the shop cleared up abit so i can have a picture with my car in it's living room more 2 come ! more pic to share Carbon ducts Top Secret Hood Pins got 2 sets, 1 for trunk and 1 for hood i can't believe i fell for these riced out tail lights ..

got more goodies for my car now i can go ahead on making the custom carbon cluster ~! the #14,500th views on this thread! it's 5:29am in vancouver...and i just finished a nite of working on the car. here are the pictures got the VTTR Brakes on...it was an easy job. and it fits perfectly ! then the front and rear cusco sway bar...it stands out really well on the bottom of the car! ps: if you have no friends like me.....this is a bitch to install....i had to use my head to hold it up.. and lastly i got the up garage sway bar end links more news !! new wing stands ! i hate my trunk lid btw !!!...look at the gap..but i got a seibon comming very soon more parts came in for the build couple hundred bucks later i was able to get a tranny conversion kit. as my 6spd grex trannys uses a 93 r32 housing. which means i have to converted to a 90 so i can use my exsisting clutch set up. here are the parts ! hey btw: the engine is finally on its way from AUS, but in the mean time i got somemore goodies ! custom LED panel that we made for rear license plate lights then (btw: this ugly GTR isn't mine...it's a buddies i used...LOL) this is a moke up of the spoiler stands i am making with a CNC machine. the original one were too lay back, and too low...so this is a copy of the Voltex spoiler stand. and over all, it's 28inches tall...not too high but just enough. i will have the real thing made up by next week ! then i ditched the original carbon center console plate i had made a year ago when the car is dead...i thought the last project center console was already perfect...but well the car has been sitting for a year...things gets old even you don't drive it..so i am going to update alittle of it changing the original carbon plate to a more expensve carbon kevlar one, the placment of the machines will be different as well.. i am thinking about sticking, a push start button, some led lights, toggles, boost controller, yoshio factory water temp and other useless guages in there as well...seems like there's more BS in it..but i am asure you, it will more clean then the first version. then i realized the center glovebox lid doesn't match...so i am making that in CFK as well then the RED Bride seats are gone...in replace is a set of blk gradation Zeta 3 in L i have gotten made fun of so much ..cuz my car looks like a JDM wanna be integra Type R...so decided to change. btw: i have Vios 3 for sale, they are new..but don't fit me..so i went ahead and bought the zetas in L. pic soon ! oh also when my 80mm defi tach comes in, i am ripping my oem 300km cluster out and sticking a tach, oil pres and boost in replace of the oem unit..with carbon kevlar as a back ground !! that will be very soon

well here are the pictures u all been waiting for !!! unlike the cheap flake jobs u see.....this one we actually toke the time and sand it down after each coat of flakes, and the flakes were applied little at a time to prevent it from running as most know, painting sparkles...most of the tme it will run ! its not noticible but in this car....i want it perfect. so this is a perfect example !! the result of all this work is that....it feels smooth ... just like reg paint. this time i painted back of trunk lid, engine bay and trunk will do the hood later...right now it is not ready as i don't have time to install the top secert hood pins enjoy more parts came in .!! .. but my new seats are stuck in customs.. tomei head gasket bride gias carbon kevlar and zeta 3 L ...boo defi vsd x split fire coil defi shift light chromed handles for my fit some more engine bay pic in the sun

I think everybody with any kind of rb30 project should post their build thread here in this new rb30 forum u dont have to expose your secrets if u dont want to but I think it will be cool to see all kinds of rb30 related build !!

That pic was taken a year ago with no engine in it but as of now I haven't tried closing the hood yet but ithink I'll need cutting of the hood support in order to fit the turbo!!!

here u go rb30 dib stick tube was remove and replaced by the oem rb26 one. as in the picture you will see the height difference between the two, so with using rb26 dip stick, i have to use rb26 tube. -oil pick up finially finished here are the pictures random shots with 4wd adapter bolted to the block thx more to come !

ok here is the end of the week update ! wow i have a spoon part on my nissan gtr. it is a spoon low temp thermal switch FAL fan for Supra with custom mount to the rad welded custom mounted fuse box heat wrap wires clutch lines finished Ti exhaust mounted this is something tricky because the engine is taller, all the pipes needs to be longer, and because i have a greddy manifold, the intake pipe needs to be 4" instead of 3" so we cut and weld + extended the intake pipe from the IC, also made it 4"-3" some hose clamps I NEED TO SELL MY GREDDY 272/10.8CAMS ! $450CND...i got BIGGER !

so more progress today made the apexi EVC into the test pipe remember my turbo clearence issue ? well instead of bangging out the shock tower, we modifided the exhaust manifold so it's more to the left as you can see there are more clearence to the shock tower and less to the engine cover. i also told u before that the water tube on the rb30 block is higher so the exhaust manifold needed to be ground inorder for it to fit then we decided instead of having the waste gate vent back into the exhaust, like how it was before, we are going to externaly dump it, so we cut + patch the down pipe, later i am going to warp it with black heat warp some random pictures my clutch master (from EK9) twin fuel filters the guys working hard some artistic stuff aeromotive fpr others some pic of my fit

GREAT ! Another Problem.....are you excited ?? well this one is a small problem and is that the upper rad hose don't fit due to the extra block height greddy large intercooler pipes is too short greddy Large side pulley kit is too big and will not be compatible with ATI damper so these are for sale if anyone wants more comming soon

so i had another problem today it was when i bolt the tranny to the engine it would engage the triple plate clutch, turns out i have the wrong release bearing sleeve, what i have was the oem 16mm, i needed to 14mm one made for triple plate clutch, well this was a japan part and no one in canada have it so i decided to make my own here are the pictures also shorten the essential privot shorten the push rod on the slave hope it can go back together tomorrow also on another hand, i got rid of the small rubber bushing on the tranny mount, in replace i weled 2 steel plates, may be it can stiffen the tranny part. also done was due to the fact that rb30 make the engine taller, and the need of sump adapter to hold the 4wd sump, besides the fact that i have to make new holes on the bottom of the tranny i also have the cut apart the housing so that this shaft won't hit

also regarding the clutch master. here's my salution

UPDATES the motor is IN ! but more problems for those who think RB30 is a direct bolt on..u are wrongin, as the rb30 block being taller, with my Larger greddy intake manifold, the back it of HITs the clutch master cyclinder, we end up moving the master cyclinder higher up for those who think RB30 is a direct bolt on..u are wrong again, as the rb30 4wd requires sump plate, the sway bar came really really close to the sump. tho the sway bar isn't connected to the shocks yet so we won't know what will happen under final adjestment. and it hits the NEW brake lines we made so we had to make new brake lines the 3rd time. enjoy the pictures i'll take more with a real camera once the tranny is in today !!! pics taken with cherry picker still has it's tension, wthout it the engine will tilt back hitting the above listed items. i really hope when the tranny is in. these problems will not happen !
