    i gave my mate the belt number i found on this site, a few posts up, he said he could get em for me, but if they are the wrong size im just gonna get them back to him a.s.a.p to change. no drama's really.

    yeah my first though was it had sumthing to do with the seatbelt tensioner thingy, but its hard to explain what it is to sum1 who has never heard it. my mate were like "WTF" when they first heard it.lol i didnt know what to tell them, just said it sounds like the seat belt thingy to me.

    well i think il leave it, but if it gets worse or anything i mite pull it apart to look at. i just cant beleieve how noisey it is when u do it. u woulda thought that it was quite for a passenger car.... oh well. thanx for your diagnose anyway.

    thanks, what i really need is the codes that u can transfer from say a genuine nissan belt to an aftermarket one like BOSCH belts. my car has "pitwork" belts on it atm. but im not sure what numbers to get off it??

    yeah there is like a tensioner that only works when the car is going.

    well after a quick search on the net i found these off an american site AC belt - 11920-42L01 alternator belt - 11720-24U00 power steering belt - 11950-04U00 Can any1 confirm or deny that these are the real parts numbers to get them in australia???? or to cross reference nissan genuine with other brands.

    hey guys, im about to do my 100k service, and im getting a mate to get me the parts but i need sum help for the parts numbers for the genuine nissan belts that are replaced in the service. any help will be appreciated. thanx in advance darren.

    yea post it up if you could, sorry i havent replied to this recently, i forgot all about it, just remembered today again. i though that it mite have sumthin to do with the seatbelts etc, but it was kinda wierd, bcoz it just started outta nowhere.... its pretty loud hey.

    yeah probably best to stay on the hway if your car is on other tyes of fuel (i think) anyway wappa dam falls is near yandina on the sunshine coast.
