ppl cruise in toowoomba but there isnt heaps of cars like in the more populated ares, and thereis more bogans there aswell. that whole area in my opinion is very boring,i wouldnt like to live there but if i had to go for work id deal with it.... just tune sum local talent, that will kepp u interested, how long are u there for anyway???

well it wasnt closed last sunday just gone, but if they do, they only block off the esplanade bit so u can still cruise, just u go down past coles and do a u turn there instead. if we are parking on alex hill carpark then it wont really affect us that much.

as far as i know it was the fastest production car to break the 8 min mark at the time. that is the record they were trying to beat. but any car that runs in this class has to be a full production car for the market for the public to buy and when thety test it it has to be in full trim and same specs as what they are on the road. thet technicality that the nissan GTR had was that it broke the record, but they didnt have a speed limiter on it ike the road going version which allowed it to make the time it did, so porsche (there main rival for the title) made sure that this was known and they didnt count the lap as a proper time for the car, bcoz of that. pretty stupid if u ask me, but rules are rules. if only nissan didnt bring there cars out with speed limiters......

yeah i was looking for that pic actually lol, anyway i just went searching on the net for places that make badges, and i came across one in america i think, (u will find others in australia) but they had a minimum order of 200pcs and for a test mould it was gonna be $200 for a start off one.lol so its not gonna be cheap, and i doubt they will just produce a single badge just for u, bcoz they have to make the mould etc. so u would have to get a group buy togetther or fork out alot of cash..... is it really worth it??? just find one already made.

im not sure where u can buy them but i have seen a GTS badge done like the gtr badge, but where the big "R" is under the gt it's an "S" instead. look on ebay u mite find sumthing for ideas......

if they are anyting like the ones in nsw, u will have a hard time removing them from there posts. they are pretty big boxes. B) the q's is there is never enough funds to go arounmd all areas, so if u take from one area (I.E health) it will suffer obviously. no matter what government is in, there will always be sumthing they cant fix. so when the next government gets in (if they do) they might fix health and roads, but the education system will suffer etc. its a never ending problem.....

yeah, im always looking at the speedo every 30sec or so to make sure im not speeding up or anything. i cant relax much anymore, im too worried when im behind the wheel. its so easy to speed with out even thinking of it.

i just heard on the news, that the doule demerit points will be for repeat offenders. so if u get caught twice u will cop double, which i think in fair enough. bcoz i know since i got caught, ive been alot more careful, its just always in the back of your mind, and u tend to watch your speed more.

well i got done last year doing 112km/h in an 80km/h zone. that is 32km/h over the limit. and when i was doing this speed i though that it was a 100 zone. so if this rule was in at the time, i would have lost my licence for a mistake i made. its really not going to solve anything, just more ppl without licences, its not gonna make ppl do the speed limit is it.....
