spotted white 32 GTR at the sugar road roundabout in maroochydore this arvo around 5pm. has wicked rims on it,nice dish, looks so nice! see it out cruising mooloolaba/alex lap a bit aswell.

meh, they run a story like this every year or so to keep the people aware that cops are still trying to stop hoons. that is all it is, to stir up a bit of a crack down, then it all dies down again. it's ahppened before it'll happen again. that young guy mite not have said any of thise sthings, the paper mite have made them all up for all we know, but if he did, hes a tool. sif u will get away, your not in the melenium falcon any more toto!

there wasnt as many spectators as at the usual jambo, but it was way better, not as crowded, u could actually sit where u wanted to and see the track, and bcoz it was a one day event like the old jambo's, there was non stop racing action, not like the 2 day event where they stop racing for like 4 hours and u got nothing to do but watch them crap around on stage to try and waste time. it was a much better event, and if it stay one day event, i can see it taking over the normal jamboree

yeah, the GTR's were great, man they got sum launch off the line! lol but those rotor's! f**k they scream loud, and i got sprayed with methanol from the pac mx6 lol . that shit stings your eyes bad!

was a good day, which car was your 1 "overev1", there were a few black GTR 32's there. the CP pistionsone or the other one that has the little blue sticker on the boot and the kill swtch key and 34 GTR rims, or was yours a different one again. yeah and to "drag me" good to see you finally got a good pass in after trying all day. was waiting to see it hook up right. what problems were u having with it.......

well if i were you before u do anything, see if you can find sum1 with a laurel, or RB20 AFM and try in on your car, then if there's works then it will be the problem ,saving u spending alot of money on sumthing that may not need replacing. thats what id do man. so see if any1 on here ora ournd the coast with a laurel can swap with u one weekend. im sure sum1 will help u out.

it should be on, it's fairly far inland mite not get as affected byt he rain blowing in off the ocean out there. if any1 lives out that way they should give us updates on what the weather is like.

um there are a few ppl on these forums that have imported R33 GTR's through importers, start a thread in the main section matty and they will all tell u there opinions. that would be the easiest way to find out.

well gtr turbo's are only T28's, like the ones on my mates, its alot of stuffing round in the end, i told my mate with the amount of money hes spent on his vn he coulda had a 12 sec car easy, and done a RB26 conversion to it, he's kicking him self about it now, but thats what u get for trying to flog a dead horse i guess.

i have 17's but they are 235 on the front and 255 on the rears?? could u possibly stretch a 235 onto a 255?? and how safe is this for normal day driving?? is there a specific tyre to use, like in the side walls??

i know a guy who has twin turboed his VN V6 executive motor, has GTR turbo's on it running a wolf computer. but he's lost his licence for like 2 years so its been of the road. also there is another guy getting round up here with a 1jz conversion in a vn commo, goes fairly well.

subiworx also have a workshop called japworx, im not sure if it's still open but they do all types of cars, just the subiworx bit specialses in subaru. it really does suck here on the coast, it's few and far between when it comes to ppl who actually know anything about imports. his number is 54433507. address is the cnr of depot st and service maroochydore. also if u wanna try george may (GMR) at kunda park, he's pretty knowledgable aswell.

why dont u take your time and look at private sales, if u do the write thing u will get a very good car for a good price. i woulddnt rush into it, just to own an import.... just my 2c.

there are alot of ppl dong turbo conversions to the commo's now. i suppose its a different idea, but if it were me, id most likely just put my $ towards a turbo car, instead of puting all the money into a conversion like that. but each to there own.

hey man , i was thew one who told u to go see david cox, i just had my car done today with him, did a very goos job, full 100k service. anyway, u hsould do all the things to your car like put in new spark plugs, check all filters for blockages even replace them, coil packs like ppl have stated before, vacuum leaks, (a mechanic can do this if u dont know what ya doing) um oldf uel like u said, just write a list of things u think vcould be causing it and elimintae them 1 by 1. things u can do ya self, then after u have done all the things u can do and replace yourself, then maybe get a mechanic to check the stuff u cant. like air flow meter etc. even for a mechanic its a process of elimination, they can only guess aswell, so u mite aswell lower the number of things for them to check and save yourself sum $$ at the same time. not alot of guys on the coast know coxy, but u would have seen him round, he drives the bright orange starion. if u see him out have a chat to him and tell him darren (85URK) told u to talk to him.
