hey guys, well i was given a turbosmart type III B.O.V. a while back off a mate who has taken it off his car, and he said to try it on my car to see if it worked good. anyway i didnt have the adapter for it , so i just never fitted it, but on the weekend my other mate gave me one off his old skyline that he had made up, so i fitted it up and took it for a spin, everything seems ok, except for 1 thing, on the stock indash boost gauge, where its says +7 / -7. The needle seems to be sitting just above the -7 on idle, now from what i can remember before i changed it, when it was on idle with the stock B.O.V, it sat right on the -7 at idle, why would this change???? any help on this matter, and what does it mean???

i think he means a heavy duty one, like what trucks and boats use.

and if u get hit or injured in those countries, they treat u like a dog, literally throw u ina van and drop u at the hospital. they ambulance drivers over there are just that drivers, they dont treat u at the scene. there job is to get your to the hospital despite what your injuries are.

i didnt go out sunday arvo, but my car sounds pretty much like yours. i have a white R33gtst with white 17" Work Emotion rims. plates are same as my user name. do u live locally on the coast, or just came up for a cruise.

but just bcoz they are on the other side of the world etc, doesnt mean they can just get slack on there costomer service. i mean u can buy some stuff off ebay from all over the worlds and it arrvies on time. maybe they are waiting on the stuff to arrive to them from where ever they get it from first, but dont pass that info onto the customer bcoz ppl will be a bit complacent handing over money to some one who states they dont already have to goods they are paying for. just a theory.

if u want the beach lifestyle , move sumwhere like either coasts. its only a few minutes drive to the beach. i know alot of ppl who live up here commute to the city daily for work. or depending on what job u are after you mite even be able to work up here anyway. i think u should take a drive up the coast and have a look while u are here..... you wont regret it!

yeah i was only joking. im just paying off other debts fiorst which seem to be taking there time. but im slowly wear them down. u can only spend so much a week on things and mine is to get all my other debts outta the way first.

well i mite go otu for a bit, but we usually just meet up and talk, dont do much crusing bcoz of the fuel thing. but sumtimes we do.

internals is the biggest step of modding an engine.... and the most expensive.... bcoz of the labour involved in it i guess.
