  1. the beyond Blue after racing it some welding and pipe work.
  2. 30 yr old drop saw. I fully rebuilt it and painted it in hammertone green.
  3. a few jobs from work. Check out the Ali air intake manifold!
  4. grand opening at new workshop!
  5. Me too damn those squid. Only lines are from Dave's mustang under mild acceleration with no brake. That thing hauls ass.
  6. They travel on land In groups of 11's
  7. Hey honey I caught a heap of squid and they left big ink marks out of the shed then onto the road outside our place. Damn those squids.
  8. Most perfect excuse for anything ever, going fishing!!!
  9. Wife said do I ever have to do that again? It was boring. She only liked the lumpy as 10sec Monaco. Total bogan.
  10. Am interested in going for another run but will have to check if I can take the car to work. Had to go home to beechboro last week load tools in the xr8 and rush down there through poxy as traffic?
  11. Absolutely gold. I grew up on those cartoons. Suspecting you are from the legion of doom!
  12. I sussed out if there was any play in the tail shaft / axles on Sunday and it seemed pretty good. Checked upper/lower rear and subframe bushes and was all in reasonably Good condition. I lowered the rear tyrepressure from 34 to 30 with 32 in the front for a similar foot print. Drove better but there is obviously a underlying issue?
  13. Maybe use a wider bit of cardboard mark off where the wheels are then stick it over the top of the engine bay for reference. Just a thought? Such a pain up on axle stands. In and out with lights. Hate not having a hoist at work anymore.
  14. Haha I'm starting to get it.
  15. You mentioned you were playing football so I thought you might have been a wce fan? Not bagging it out the engine bay is tidy as suits the car to a tee.
  16. not your every day muffler!
  17. Cool thanks for the advice. The rears were bald inside when I got it so no wonder it torched them both evenly. It performed well today on the street. The car is at 3000rpm at 110 in 5th which is pretty annoying so I would assume it has 4:1.1 never had any issues till I lifted I't and changed the tyres. By the way it behaves I'd assume it's a 1.5 way l.s.d. Alot of people reckon the Achilles atr sport 2 are slippery tyres so should spin both easily. I checked all the mounts and bushes when it was up on the hoist at my mates work about 3 months ago and they seemed all good? More crawling around on the back required! Should be easy to fit in around 11hr days at work. Building a silencer that has dual 6" inlets to a 10" outlet 30" diameter 96" long. Double laminate 3.2mm thick body. Back is sore, I am old. I did the diff oil ride height and tyres all at the same time so makes it a bit harder to trouble shoot when it was all good before?
  18. The top drum head is a used one signed by Dave lombardo (slayer) The second I got signed from Ian paice (deep purple). The last one is from when sepultura toured in 99 the whole band. I scored the Ian paice for the father in-law and he had it hanging in the living room up till he died then was given back to me. Got another pair of sticks signed by will Calhoun (living colour)
  19. was so lucky to meet Jeff hanneman before he died. He was totally drunk. Haha. I met cyco myco from suicidal tendencies as well. Haven't played in anger for about 5 years mainly due to being old and the knees. can't be assed dragging the kit around anymore anyway. That's mainly why I wanted to join Sau. Missing playing in the bands and wanted to talk to like minded people about the car. I'm no mechanic but love nuts and bolts!
  20. Cool like Kerry king from slayer. I've got a mega old pearl. DW pedals. Paiste 2002s and the old Frankenstein writing paiste sound formulas. The 2002s are the same as Bonham, moon and Ian paice from deep purple used to play. I've met Ian paice, Dave lombardo, zak Wilde, jojo Mayer, Dom famularo, Jimmy degrasso, sepultura, and what not I used to be pretty good and have a few signed drum heads at home.!!! Cool like Kerry king from slayer used to play
  21. Try the same with your cam seals?
  22. any advice ideas for the diff? What bands have you played in?
  23. You've inspired me to get back on the Roland and have a crack. Through the 901's and subs of course!
  24. A dogs leg in the chimney is also a good fix and helps the chimney hold heat especially in a two story. I'm a sheety by trade and what you've done sounds awesome. Check out TheBlackNobility Charles hotel on you tube. Last gig I ever played. The guitarist was insane and teaches at cosmic.
