Have you tried the HICAS diagnostic test? There is a test you can do which tells you of any faults with the HICAS system. I think Skylinesdownunder.co.nz had it listed somewhere, others here should know how to do it...

I have a set of K&N Pods for sale, were brand new on the car Oct last year, done about 10k since... Probably need a clean but that is all.. New were around $240, asking $125 for the set, will seperate if enough interest. Pods only, stainless adapters not included. Dude, just remember to put new gaskets on the cam covers (including the 'd' seals) when you put them back on. I forgot to when I had my covers painted and had an oil leak within 24hrs at the 'd' seals. Doesn't cost much from nissan.... Cheers Brett

Been to Phuket twice, stayed at Patong both times. Great place, awesome food, good shopping, Unbelievable scenery!!! Hot and humid but bearable (read bathers and tshirts 24/7, cheap drinks too!!! Will definately be going back again. We didn't see many aussies when we where there, (1998 and 2000). Cheers Brett
