  1. The 08-11 are slower, but the 12+ have revised launch control (LC5) and are slightly up on power due to some refinements under the hood. I ran a 10.9 on my 2nd run to back up the 10.8
  2. Ran WSID a few weeks ago (Origin Night game 2) here is a link to my timeslip car is a 2012 R35 GTR Car is stock except for a Willall Racing Titanium Midpipe and an Amuse 90mm Exhaust. Running OEM Dunlop Runflats.
  3. i seriously doubt this car will be 200k AUD landed. A standard GTR warrants almost that price. my guess is 250k for this car at a minimum.
  4. why teh hell are there 4 threads for the same thing? can a mod please clean up.
  5. There are a few SLIGHT changes between transmissions i believe, as there was a TSB for replacing some circlips for earlier models. That and a change of some sort of trans fluid hose. and revised LC softtware.
  6. Age: 28 Rating: 60% No Claim + 7% Multiple Policy Discount Record: 1 x Loss of License within past 3 years / no claims Insurer: nrma Suburb: No Idea Sum Insured: 130k Premium: $2,400 Excess: $800
  7. when shopping for finance the lowest rate i managed to obtain was 5.2-5.5% and that was the best rate you could get try 360 finance they were good, also try stratton they have given low finance in the past as well (the previous owner of my car was on 5.2%)
  8. i Had TEIN comfort spec coilovers on my V35 they were pretty good if you just want good coils for daily driving
  9. Its good stuff i feel bad throwing it away.. such a waste! Might as well give away for free!
  10. Price Drop! Come and get them: INDICATORS - FREE STOCK AIRBOX - FREE SIDE SKIRTS - $250.00 FIRM let us know if keen.
  11. i love blacks cars so much but swirls make me angry! with you being a detailer i guess who cares if its black! amazing car mate i hope my GTR one day is as nice as yours....
  12. I didn't end up going with Finance. So much headaches to go with finance i worked out i would pay an extra 20k for the car over the next 3-5 years on interest rate of 5.1-6.0% ... so decided to put those savings into mods. however based on the finance hunting experience: Aussie Car Loans - avoid they are useless no follow up calls and poor customer service Banks - not willing to give you any sort of good rate so avoid 360 Finance - best customer service and best rate end of the day. Sratton - previous owner was with them and had a very good rate with them (5.2% or there abouts) and he spoke highly of them. Also one thing i didnt know but try to avoid shopping around too much for finance, as apparently if your credit file gets accessed or "hit" too many times in a short period of time this will actually be a negative thing in the lenders eyes as they see it as a risk as to why you are trying to get finance from so many different places....
  13. A nice premium MY13 on carsales right now as well - the premium interior is very comfy and looks great with the white / black and red colour combo. I am just a bit funny with leather as I hate how it just doesn't last, cracks everywhere and makes the interior look dated after some time. Still not enough to warrant the price difference between what I paid and that car (30K + difference just for leather interior?) The depreciation may be high but I don't mind, this is a car I plan to keep for some time, perhaps who knows if I ever get around to selling it - maybe when the next model comes out (r36?) only time will tell. Sebastian - the car is amazing I love it. Happy to be a new owner. I will still come down and see you guys once I am back on my feet in a few weeks time.
  14. Any reason why you want an 09? I would get an 12 if you had the choice. Yeh that was the white one at col Crawford I was going to go in and put a deposit on over the weekend before this one came for sale!
  15. im sure he will take it down over the weekend, it hasnt even been 24hrs since i picked up the car yet
  16. Hahah whenever you want man send me a message on Facebook if you wanna catch up. Time is hard these days both being married lol can't just hang out every day like we used to lol
  17. You are not wrong in saying there is no stock.... very small amounts are bought into the country and many are already spoken for before they get here. Stock on carsales at the highest point has been 27 available, lowest point was just last week with 20 available, now it was back up to 22.... i think you will find alot of guys with 5 year leases will now start to sell their 09's and look at upgrading to the latest model or a new car entirely. There are many 09's available right now and not much else!
  18. BUMP - all serious offers considered (though the prices are already very cheap!)
  19. ive been checking carsales every day, a few times a day for the past 2 months. i had checked carsales in the morning but a mate actually called me to let me know that the white one had been posted in the middle of the day. i am fair person and i made a reasonable serious offer to buy the car. timing couldnt of been better as i was prepared to go and get a MY14 new but seriously not much difference to warrant the extra cost between the MY12/MY14 Owner must be happy, listed the car 2hrs later sold. lol
  20. put a deposit on the MY12 above. Car presented immaculately in showroom condition. Actually it was in even better condition than the one i saw in the showroom @ Macarthur Nissan. Very fussy owner, very impressed with the car, picking it up Friday. Saving over $50k on the purchase of a new one.
  21. I saw that too, ended up putting deposit today
  22. Update: MY14 landing in stock this week, should be on showroom floor this weekend. Best service and price so far from Col Crawford. They have one in the specs i am after (White, Black Interior - not too fussed about premium leather interior any more for this sort of car though it is nice) arriving this weekend. I will head up there to check it out this weekend. I will see what the interstate people can do in the mean time as well. If they come in considerably cheaper than local it will be worth it to trasport the car down. Might end up buying it new since there is nothing really appealing 2nd hand going around as well besides a plethora of 2009 models (must be many owners upgrading after the end of their 5 year leases!)
  23. i do not know this as i never got around to having it fitted - anybody else with kit care to clarify?
