karuma Z looks nice but the more i see it, the more i dont like it. i am now prefering the nismo and if done right the chargespeed front bar on another note black V35 look the best with kits, because they hide alot of the lines well.

i believe they arent compatible yet? something to do with the port not mating up to the ones we have

if a pro tuner is available for uprev in oz, id take it on board. let me see what i can do i know someone who may be willing to become a pro tuner

hey mate nice purchase. which version did you buy of the exhaust? the VQ? i got the shockwave TI and it sounds awesome headers, are generally very pricey. will cost as much as the exhaust! labour prices to install them are high too, becuase it is a massive job to install the headers. most people have tomei headers. otherwise you can go and purchase USA headers like stillen or other brands. also, with the motordyne exhaust you have purchased, you can change the part after the XYZ pipe, to a test pipe / straight pipe or high flow cat. it comes with a resonated cat i believe??? (not too sure) but yes look at their website and see what else they have to offer. keep in mind if you bought the VQ exhaust to keep the car "quiet", adding headers and other sorts of test / straight pipes etc. is going to make it louder -mark

and the actual nissan kit is FACTORY quality, i dont know how you can get better than that. you might be referring to the cheaper aftermarket kit which looks like crap and the buttons are crap.

i might get it done when i throw some cams and headers and test pipes in the mix. i dont know if it is all worth it, staying na, or going FI with a supercharger kit. i want a reliable car end of the day though so i might give FI a miss.

its not abnormal it happens to alot of peoples cars and yes it only happens on hot starts. cold starts are fine. dont worry about it, will go away.

nope it does not. its happened to me twice now, when i d/c the battery when i installed something, and when i went overseas and dc the battery. both times the problem went away within 3 days.

how much did they charge u for the reflash ? wont the stock ecu re-learn over what has been flashed?

dont worry about it all the cars do it ECU will eventually re-adjust and it will be ok.

v35 paul, i have since gone back to unigroup and redynoed my car. i have serious doubts that their dyno was calibrated properly when the previous owner had done the 177kw run when it was stock. I have since had the car dynoed twice since then. First time, was after i installed the plenum spacer and CF Z-Tube car made 164rwkw. ISMR dyno. The 2nd time, i installed the stillen Air intake, lightweight flywheel / clutch and teh Motordyne exhaust. Car made 174kw. Unigroup dyno. I seriously doubt the mods i have done to this car have made it slower. I suspect the dyno may have been reading "happy" and have since been calibrated. the 174rwkw seems about right. The car does feel faster now than before, there is no doubt about it. So it definatley hasnt lost power.

oh its by SEA? yeh that is pricey for SEA i have been quoted for front bar delivered around the same price by air sorry for not reading properly bit tired last night lol
