    from what i heard, a pod is ok IF IT IS PAPER ELEMENT and not foam or oil base. I have changed mine now to the apexi power intake because of defects.

    i'll go a pod filter for the rice sound effect but make sure you partition it from engine heat. after that get it boosted and safc.

    stock R33 comes with them but due to the compliancing they remove these i don't know why. I was lucky enough to pick one up at the wreckers for $20 .

    really depends how much you willing to spend. If i was in your situation cal, i get the safc depends how cheap it is then later on down the track if you don't like it, sell it more and get some profit from it
