My girlfriend is heading down to brisbane some time this week and is hoping to have a look at some car yards near the city if there are many. She is looking for an excel. Are there any decent car yards anyone knows of that have some excels she can have a look at??

a first car should be a crappy little thing that is cheap on fuel, cheap to run and something older because during that time you will still be learning and you dont want something nice that could potentially be wrecked. Then once you save up a bit more money and have a fair bit of experience behind you go out and buy the car you want that way you will appreciate it more

Its definitly bloody robbery. I just paid $750 for the rego on my r32....i remember being down in victoria a few years ago and for a year of rego on my r32 i was paying $400. The queensland goverment are money grabbing idiots who wouldnt have a clue how to spend money wisely or save money for the future. Bunch of tools they are. As for the fuel price going up by 8cents from the first of july its already gone up 5 cents and i can guarantee that another full 8cents will be wacked on come the first of july also.
