what do you mean? ive got a mate who is an auto elec, that soldered a cradle in to suit the aftermarket chips, this wouldnt cost more than $30 at any auto elec though.. and ive paid for all of my tunes so far... Hey knock levels can be an issue for some, your right about the tunes.. each to their own my friend, its just another side of the story

Ok im going to say it again! f**k these Ebay tunes, they are just slight tweaks of the ecu which will all give the car more power.... Honestly the person to see about retunes is CEF11E a big poster on this forums.... ive had 2 chips tuned from him so far, all with perfect AFR's and massive power (currently putting out just above 230rwkw ish with highflow, injectors, z32, and the rest) He knows his RB20s, he can make a tune SPECIALLY for YOUR CAR and YOUR MODS, reliable, great guy to deal with, and it costs the same $50 (last time i checked) So up to you, Random EBAY TUNE, with changes that anyone can make... OR CEF11E tune, trusted SAU member, tuned many RB20s, much more specific and better..... i know where id be spending my money thats for sure!!!!!!!!!!!! So go on, PM CEF11E, tell him HAYSEY sent you, tell him your mods, send him some money, and have a custom tune made up for YOUR CAR! These Rip off merchants on ebay are really starting to bug me, just to make a quick buck they are risking engines!

Ok i hate disagreeing or sounding like a cock head... but stock ecu has worked very very well for my mods and my car..... Highflow injectors z32 all the goodies and a stock ECU with a CEF11E Remap.... rather cost effective... $50 origional tune $50 dyno time to check afms which were perfect... = 230rwkw another $50 for a retune as i did some mods and wanted a couple of changes... perfect tune, perfect fuel ratios, bit more power... soon comes cam gear - $250ish + $50 retune = 260rwkw still very under the $1100 + tuning that a Power FC would have cost.... makes just as much power, got a readout on my dash with my ECUtalk, responsive etc etc of course wouldnt work for everyone but its been very sucessful for myself!

Bought this kit from 666DAN http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...p;#entry3155604 Hanyou, the problem is most likely in the actual switch for the headlights as all power runs through the switch... same problem with mine occasionally passenger side wont come on... quick flick of the switch a few times and she comes on.... New switch from nissan would be the fix.. but meh dosent bother me

with tonights and tomorrows storms might even be a flooded track not looking good
