  1. Good plan right there. 25's respond to minimal mods half the time, quality high mount/manifold/gate/exhaust/injectors/ECU. Got one down here putting out 600hp with standards internals bar head gasket and cams
  2. Yeah they are ok, havent purchased anything from them since they dropped my laurel half cut off the fork lift 10 years ago. Best to go and see them. If they anything like here, the phone rings every 5 mins and they can't chase anything up
  3. Afternoon all. Manne, As far as i am aware the inner guards are required. There are wiring harnesses either side that sit above them so it's a good idea to have them there as protection
  4. TTI comes in 4,5,6 speed variants. I look after a car with the 4 speed version, awesome bit of kit
  5. Got it on the way home. I did bring home a real small bottle of saki and suntory whiskey which both go down a treat. Scored a bottle of Russells Reserve the sphincter of the universe the other week, found it at Eaton Tav of all places
  6. Others i've tried are Stolen spiced, Mount Gay, Rebellion Bay, (that was ok), and the Bundaberg spiced was not too bad either. Wasn't a big rum drinker until mate got me on the Morgans
  7. I just finished the bottle i got from Japan, 1l for $27. Was so good, got to watch though, they all go down so easy
  8. All good drops Lachy, Kraken has jumped in price $20 a bottle since it first came out due to popularity i assume. Our bottles here are watered down a bit, everywhere else you go its 47%
  9. Morning all, Manne, got it from the top.
  10. I remember frothing over that 32 at supercars last year. Looked the goods.
  11. Go to bunnings and get one of these, one of the best tools you can have in your tool collection. It'll help get that stubborn clamp off, then once off throw that clamp in the bin and get some proper worm drive clamps, better for tightening and dont cut the hose. Then its just a matter of getting your hands cut, bit of swearing and then some struggling. With the new hose put a bit of vaseline in the end to make it slip on easier
  12. I did think about it
  13. Manne, you'll be right. I had to do that same hose on a 300zx tuesday, You have 0 things to complain about

  20. sounds like my kind of movie. Lachy, ever heard of packard automotive?
  21. Morning all. Manne, easiest way to diagnose a coolant leak, is to get a pressure tester for the system. Saves a lot of mucking around. See if a local car shop rents tools out
