  1. Oh and stupid ppl that cut me off in traffic and dont notice me flashing at em cause they have no rear view mirror and both their side mirrors ar looking at the side of the car. This woman could not see behind her car at all. That is the epitome of a driver that doesnt give 2 s***s about the world.
  2. Yer i think hes right, As long as you are not at fault the insurance company usually covers a courtesy car.
  3. It should be ok to catch up first week and have a chat with the guy about how its going etc, they dont mind as long as you are not pestering them.
  4. Oh i just gotta add to this: Dumb asses in pub and public venues that set they plasma screens to 4:3 stretch. Isnt it obvious that the show is in 4:3??!??! dont u see that ppls heads are fat? we know the thing is 16:9 so play a 16:9 source you morons. Oha nd ppl who give "the finger" at random. Like it achieves something apart from spreading hate.
  5. Yeah i wouldnt expect it back by the weekend. Its just unrealistic. I had a minor bingle like ures a while back and they took about 3 weeks to get parts ex jap and get it back to me. Not bad really it could have been longer. Dont call them every second day to see if its ready though, that drives em nuts. They do however appreciate if you can source parts for em though as Michael said earlier he might be able to help you out so u can always call em up and say " i had a friend offer parts want to buy them off him?"
  6. thats y its a "grey import" Gated shift huh, yer cause being able to throw it in reverse at 110km/hr is definately important.
  7. Cd player and climate control
  8. At that point in time id have to agree and say that i was the biggest moron in the world, hence my little hoe down. still it was a learning experience. *note to self, dont hit curbs*
  9. Do u mean best cruise or most memorable? Right click and save as Crashzor
  10. I bet hes in training camp right now getting yelled at.
  11. Try and keep in touch Joe. When you are not fighting off the red from over the border. Hmm reminds me of "Tae Guk Gi" Too bad i didnt make it on Sat i ended up getting caught up in some family drama much to my distress.
  12. uhhh, wo shwo da bu hoa Pretty sure that means i dont speak well. I just moved so i cant get through a unit in 1 trip office-home like i used to.
  13. Yer went there today and they didnt push it. $0.10 when u get car wash is pretty good. Sometimes i dont bother and just do the drive through thing and sit inside listens too my "learn mandarin in 1 month" cd that ive been listening to for 4 months. Would have save $6.80 if i had hae done that today, car wash almost paid for.
  14. There are a few upholstery shops that will do it. there is one in bassendean if i recall. You should be able to get matching seat rails for it though.
  15. nahh they just charge more for fuel for a while and recoup their costs. They had em covered in little boxes and tape for a while. http://www.sonyclassics.com/whokilledtheelectriccar/
  16. Yer i suppose, but they have cameras on teh pumps as well as the counter. Its still possible to jsut fill up and drive off anyway. u need a pin for a cc if you are not signing for it dont ya?
  17. well thats my guess, i havent got any hard evidence but me and the conspiracy nut who coincidentally works at my local bp thinks its a sound theroy.
  18. This reminds me of the whole "pay at pump" thing they had a few years ago. best thing to ever happen to pumps if you ask me. Teh attendent had less work , shorter lines etc, it was great. Plus hwilw i was at uni and poor as i could empty my card into the tank as the pump would stop when your account hit 0.01. They got rid of them becuse ppl would pay at pump and not impulse buy any more. Nice 1 BP, if only ure fuel wasnt so nice.
  19. Sounds like a standard bp rip off. When you think about that if you buy 2 600ml cokes from BP its going to cost you liek $5 and if you bought them from woolies it would be roughly $3 than teh $0.04/ ltr u saved would work out as $2 from a 50 ltr tank. Still would be worth saving receipts for all teh crud you do buy at petrol stations... hm wonder if u can claim smokes
  20. Super happy special birthdays wishes to you Liz!
  21. hey heres an idea.... coil packs Just have a look to see if any of them are unplugged. They will be under that cover in the middle of the engine. The one that says "nissan 2500" if one of them is unplugged it will do that. Just grab a set of alan keys and pull the cover off to have a squizz. Dont worry its just cosmetic really, you wont break anything.
  22. Happy sweet 16 Dan!!! Im thinking your profile tells lies
  23. yer those specialist places are your best bet. Bunnings is only good for china mart style purchases. If you are down south there is a place in Myaree on norma road there. cant remember name but its on the corner across from some tile place, 2 blocks from leach hwy.
  24. Well thats true, as long as you have something to drive for teh few month sits going to be in the shop. I couldnt see it costing less than 6k and thats if you have pretty good relationship witht he guy doing the work if not its going to be higher. Thing is you tend to think "may as well while im at it" very often which throws costs right up cause nobody wants to do it basic. Honestly you are better off working on the engine thats in there. The rb25 is not that far off the 26 really and you can get a bunch of power out of it and still have good response if you do it right.
