Why would you want a car that looks like a cop car? its so annoying having falcons and commodores following you not knowing if its a cop or not. im sure that turbo badge alone has sold plenty of xr6's i believe ford put the turbo on it becuase turbos's are/were in demand at the time. because everyone was going out buying skylines,wrx's & 200's instead of buying australian made cars.ford needed to bring back their customers. my 89model r32 came with a Cd player,ABS,climate control,4ws,the list goes on... still today power windows is an extra in most commoders(not sure about ford). if i get 160+rwkw from a 89" 2L with a turbo i would EXPECT to get 300+rwkw from a 05" 4L with a turbo twice the size and ball bearing. its not great,its EXPECTED n yeh it sux knowing a mum in her xr6t family car can chop me silly,i choose not to race. thats my whinge.

im suffering a slow launch as to my big fat heavy wheels and not enough torque,arent you running stock 32gtst rims evil weevil? im not expert but maybe your loosing terminal velocity as you have alot of power but small light wheels,it all depends on your overall wheel diametre,but maybe just the rim itself does come into play,because your getting great launches,but just not carrying the pulling power the rest of the track. its just a thought,maybe it could help

seen a r32 with those scissor like doors at penrith maccas last night along with a black r33 gtst. and a 180 with round tail lights if that counts

i had my discs machined about 6000kms ago. it only happens after ive given it some stick. last for about 3mins when coasting. Ok, i was told today its something to do with the clutches in the auto box(over running the clutch or something) and its some sort of engine brake.like in trucks. so im told.

sometimes after giving my car some acceleration,after backing off and letting it roll, the brakes squeeze on then off for like a minute afterwards(while rolling) this is the only time it ever happens,is it a safety thing to do with the abs?

not sure if 33's have it,but is your Power light coming on? that holds it in first until redline then changes. do you have a rev limiter like the 32's?

will the engine die straight away if your on boost with no oil pressure? or is it more of a wearing of the engine until it dies? i think ive been hitting boost with no oil pressure hopefully its just a tired guage

FAT-32R black r32 on Dunheved Rd thisarvo 5:30ish was in the green excel. and a yellow r33 on the crime investigation channel at blacktown station. edit: also the green Stagea that works near me with #plates STAGEA and the 2 toned silver r33 with 4stud wheels i noticed.
